Poor knowledge of product! Recording.... Regretfully, I must give them a poor review. Having spent TONS of money at SAM ASH, they get no more of my money (well, except online and sales).

Avoid these guys. I tried to buy a keyboard from these jokers and they pulled a bait-and-switch on me when I handed them a coupon at checkout. Suddenly, the (clearly) marked price had gone up. When I stood my ground, a manager appeared and gave me an earful about how I robbing the sales drone of his commission. The full Used Car Dealer treatment.

Prices are decent, but the atrocious customer service just isn't worth it.

great prices on new and used gear. Sam Ash has a great inventory. They also buy used gear, which makes it easier to get that new gear you need for your gig. The staff there is great, they have a lot of knowledge about their departments, and are true musicians themselves, which makes it easier for them to relate to you.
