Fantastic Vet !. Dr. J. Travis and her staff are one of the most hands on animal hospitals I have found. She has spent extra time researching the best way to provide the most effective treatment for my guinea pigs. Guinea pigs are not easy to diagnosis yet Dr. Travis stays with the issue until my pet is well. Her frees are the lowest I have paid. I have traveled with my pets from Atlanta to California and back and we have seen a dozen vets. I trust my pets care with Dr. Travis.

Best vet in Gwinnett. I found Dr. Travis through a family member who takes her animals to Mercy. I started bringing my cats to her about 1 1/2 years ago. She is by FAR the best vet I have ever had to visit. The office is cleaner than most law offices and very proffesional employee's and very passionate about their jobs. My cats aren't very friendly to strangers, but warmed right up to Dr. Travis. Her prices are very reasonable and the service is well above what I expected. I would HIGHLY reccomend.

Mercy Animal Hospital, Dr. Jeanne Travis, highest recommendation. I can't say enough amazing things about Dr. Jeanne Travis. She diagnosed a life-threatening condition at a routine physical which saved my dog's life. She has taken care of all 3 of my dogs over the past 5 years. She is extremely bright, experienced and compassionate...everything you want in a doctor. She was wonderful when we had to say "goodbye" to our faithful companion. She made a sad situation as calming and peaceful as it could be. As a physician myself I have very high standards. I trust her completely with my pets and would follow her anywhere. I give her my highest recommendation.

Best pet medical care at VERY reasonable prices. My sisters recommended Dr. Jeanne Travis to me when I was dissatisfied with my cat's existing vet. At first I was hesitant because the office is 30 minutes from my house, but my frustration with the care I was receiving for my cat Cleo led me to schedule an appointment with Dr. Travis. I have been absolutely delighted with every aspect of the care Cleo has received. All of Dr. Travis's staff are very calming to the animals, which was very important for me (Cleo has been described by many as ferocious). They were able to perform all tests on Cleo without needing to sedate her. Dr. Travis spent a long time with me and answered all of my concerns when Cleo was diagnosed with hyper thyroidism. She presented multiple options in an unbiased manner and had several lengthy follow-up conversations with me on the phone. All of this incredible service at extremely reasonable prices. Every time I get a bill from Dr. Travis, I expect it to be 50-75% higher than it is (based on my experience with other vets). I'm always surprised at how inexpensive her practice is in relation to others. As an added bonus, they have a drive thru so you can drop your pet off without getting out of the car (great for Mom's with young children). I am delighted with Mercy Animal Hospital in every possible way. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Atlanta area - even if you have a 30 minute drive to the office like I do!
