A Woman cigar smokers Paradise. Where do I start? For a women who has been brought up on fine scotch, and finer cigars Highland has brought back so many wonderful memories. But beyond that, for a woman who loves cigars, and scotch Highland is a great environment. Very courteous gentlemen and ladies, attentive staff, and comfy furniture just to name a few.. I enjoy it there so much! I call Highland my personal escape.... It?s just to bad that you cant please everyone.. But Guys.. you are pleasing the right people.. and that?s what makes Highland Cigar Bar the best.. You have the best of Atlanta going there! Good Job!

Great place to hang out and have a smoke!. This is the only true" Cigar Bar" in Atlanta;which is kind of amazing considering the size of this city. Great atmosphere for meeting new people, having a drink, watching the game or smoking a stogie. Great place to bring your laptop and get some work done with their free WiFi also.

Best Cigar and unstuffed atmosphere. Your rein this past year is flawless...

Your industry and private affairs are wonderful to attend.

I compare Highland to Stogies in Montreal and Merchants in NY(Highland is much better)

Great cigars and the bar and wine selection selection get better each week.

My experiences are always great!

I personally have to write this comment because I have a problem with patrons attempting to drag down an establishment. The only way you could have a bad experience @ Highland Cigar? is if you brought a bad attitude in the door. I have been to many cigar establishments from Canada, DC, NY, to Florida. All have a stuffiness about them or some personal trend of the owners. Highland for example is a great breath of air in the business community. I smoke many cigars and bring business associates there all of the time. If you want a great drink and cigar with friendly un-stuffed atmosphere?Check out the Highland Cigar bar.

Been there since they opened and will continue go! Great job Brian and Rob

Avoid this place! If you are a real cigar smoker, don't go near it!. I went to this establishment a couple of times, the first time for to see it, the second time I brought a client. Both times were bad experiences. They are extremely over priced and have terrible cigar selection. No real cigar smoker would ever step foot in there.

The first time I went there, my friend asked to have his lighter refilled (all this after spending a couple of hours in there and a bar tab at $100, the waitress told him that it would be $5 to refill his lighter (first time I have ever heard that in any cigar store in Atlanta). The service was terrible. The second time, I brought a client for a meeting there. We sat at the bar and he asked the bartender behind the bar for a certain domestic beer. He was told by the bartender that and I am quoting, "We don't carry domestic beers, only high end imports because our customers are well to do, maybe you should change your tastes." As soon as we walked out, I vowed to never go in there again.

The pretentious attitude, the terrible customer service, the expensive prices, and the terrible cigar selection make this one of the worst cigar stores, if not the worst, in Atlanta. Don't be fooled by the fluff or hype or because they have a bar. No real cigar smoker in their right mind would like this place. Having experience in the cigar industry, I can tell you that there are nearly 90 real cigars stores in Atlanta you could go to that will give you a much better experience that this.

Well done!. Every cigar shop should take note! This is how it should be done. Nice selection of cigars and scotches, free wi-fi, pleasant music and attentive service! Congratulations on a job well done. I will certainly be back.

Very disappointing. I finally tried this place out last weekend, and it was a wash. I was looking for a place to throw my buddy?s birthday bash, and after meeting their event planner out, she convinced me to give this place a shot (and it sounded perfect). Well, let me tell you: don?t let the descriptions and previous reviews fool you. Upscale? Maybe if you are the kind of person who considers Hoote** (apparently I'm not allowed to say the name of the chain restaurant where girls wear the orange shorts) an acceptable destination. Fun? I would have more fun at the local tavern that wasn?t trying to be something that it wasn?t. Friendly staff? Don?t even get me started on the staff?it wasn?t that they were not friendly (although they weren?t overly so), it was that they were very unprofessional. I didn?t come here as a substitute for a strip joint. I came to have a drink, and maybe a cigar. And even if the girls were attractive, I don?t go to bars to flirt with the staff. All in all, this place was a big letdown. It is a very average bar, that is stuck somewhere between r*dneck watering hole and high-class lounge. And they?ve managed to take the worst of each one. Sorry Sharon. The only reason I might venture back into this place is in the hopes of seeing you again. And hopefully it won?t come down to that?because this place is bad.

Best Cigar / Good Fellas Place. Let me start with a Hug for Darkness(Brian) & Robert(Rob)....... Outstanding job guys. I call The HCC" the living room"because that's how they make you feel (At Home). I never knew I could meet so many "New old Friends" until I started going to The Living Room (HCC)...... I love to puff cigars, and at the Highlands, I puff with like minded people. The staff is top notch (hey Lil Mama & Maria). The sofas.....WOW!!! The games are always on, and the liq.always flowing. So, bring your personality and be ready to buy the new house cigar and "Puff Puff, but no Pass"

Best Atmosphere to enjoy a good cigar!. My experience with Highland Cigar Co. comes from an avid cigar smoker (myself)! I believe in writing my own 1st hand accounts of places.

I happened upon this establishment after a HORRIBLE experience with another cigar club (it shall remain nameless - they know who they are and how they treat PAID members).

I was told by a friend to give Highland Cigar a try. I said why not... its worth a try.

Upon my 1st day I was greeted by Rob and Brian (owners). Each one took the time out to talk to me and my wife and make us feel at home. Since then I have become a regular paid member at Highland.

Last night they held an event with CAO cigars. It was phenomenal! Each day is a different "theme" day at Highland. From Poker Nite (no playing for money), to Movie Night (Godfather II was excellent), and even Ladies Night (Class is taught to women on cigars). It?s a great time. We ended up playing poker for a while as the drinks were flowing.

Now, Highland is more than a Cigar Company, it?s a full fledged bar. Drink prices are reasonable, and the bar staff really knows how to make a consistent good drink (Ask for Lauren). The selection of cigars isn?t that bad. Alot of nationally known sticks are located in the humidor, its gotten alot better from when I first started coming. The food is great! It?s delivered from Chin-Chin Asian place and I hear they will be having their own food within the next few weeks. So you won?t go hungry or thirsty there.

All in all Highland has a warm atmosphere for you or your date to enjoy a cigar, drink, and food in comfort. There are plenty of leather sofas and chairs & flat screens for your entertainment enjoyment. The music selection has improved and if you ask nicely they may change the TVs to a specific program if there?s not anything major going on.

If your in town stop thru. You won?t be disappointed. They may be the best Cigar Club in Atlanta and I am a MEMBER of 3 clubs currently! So I'm just not talking out my a** :)

When Good Hoods Go Bad. This place is an absolute joke. Its a great example of what happens when over pretentious, rich, yuppies move into an authentic neighborhood full of real authentic local businesses. This place is gut renching. Bad service, horrible bar tenders, over priced drinks, all in an atmosphere of fake buckhead ego-riddin "I love this inner city neighborhood cause its so edgy" idiots who think they're cool. Take it back to buckhead kooks!!
