Great place however...

I like the place a lot BUT if there is ANY type of event going on; you can forget good customer service, in fact I have come in the door, went up to the bar and have waited for at least 10 minutes before getting an order of any kind placed. And don't even think you will get a greeting what so ever if an event is going on, because they are milking the capricious customers at that moment; that they feel will tip them well, instead of their regulars!

I love a good cigar every once in a while and from now on this is my place for relaxing and having my smoke. The cigar selection is far better than any other place with a bar, and the bar selection is incredible. What more could I want? Oh yes, a plush sofa on which to relax - that was there too. I am now spoiled.

I walked in to pick up a stogie and ended up spending my entire afternoon there! Why don't all cigar shops have bars inside? I sank into a sofa and felt like king of the world. Lauren and Claudia took great care of me! Thanks ladies. Keep up the great work!
