Not Happy! Just received my Valentines bouquet of 2 dozen roses sent by my husband. Nothing like having to rearrange your flowers when you get them!!! I don't know how much my husband paid for this arrangement but I'm certain it was a lot - and am also certain it wasn't worth it. ALL the rose stems are the same length, they are all crammed into a vase that isn't made for TWO dozen roses, and they are all already open and leaves peeling back!!!! My husband is so proud to send this arrangement that I can't say anything to him and hurt his feelings - but I will definitely suggest other florists in the area for future!!!

Stay Away! ! !. As soon as I walked in I wanted to turn around. The place is really dirty and looks like the building may fall down at any minute. Lady which I believe was the owner was extremely rude and arrogant. She couldnt wait to push me out of the door. I dont normally take time to write reviews, however I felt it was necessary to let people know that I NEVER go back.

Thank you so much. Just wanted to drop you an e-mail and THANK YOU for the beautiful wedding flowers. Everyone commented on how pretty they were and asked who did them. Even when we went back through the airport days later people were still saying how pretty they looked. Thanks for the extra flowers too they looked great. Your flowers really added to my special day

amazing flowers. Today I received the most wonderful flower arrangement from my husband for our anniversary.

GORGEOUS!. I received the most gorgeous arrangement I have ever seen from AFM. I have received flowers for years and never has anything been delivered that was so breath takingly beautiful, as this one. I highly recommend this establishment.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE. I have received flowers from this establishment for many years and have never experienced anything except quality flowers and exceptional customer care from the delivery drivers to the operators, all the way up to the management. Their thirty plus years of servicing our area shows on every level.

I love this place!. I use AFM for every occassion! I have never receeived an arrangement, nor sent an arrangement that wasn't timely, beautiful, and exactly what I ordered. I would recommend this family business to anyone.

Terrible Customer Service-BAD ATTITUDE!!!!. My husband ordered flowers for Valentines Day for me and had them delivered to my job. There was no card with the flowers, so I called the the florest to get more infomration. The guy that answered talked to me like I was mentally challenged, "okay, open the envelope...See the card? Did you open the envelope all the way? There is a card. See the four sides of the card. And there is no card? Your not opening the envelope all the way...there must be a card..." He put me on hold, and hung up on me. I called back and a lady answered who gave me the same speech about me not seeing the apparent card! As if I would waste my time to call if there was a da$m card! She put me on hold, and called my husband--- Needless to say, there was supposed to be a card, they FAILED to put the card, and they talked to me in such a catty demeaner... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They turned a special occasion into a sour day!
