Great Hair Place if you are new to the Area
by Walkers at Citysearch
I started going to Changing Faces a few weeks ago after having a really bad experience over a year ago with a stylist from TradeSecret. It was devastation to say the least. She burned one side of my hair off and this was the first time anything like that has ever happened to me. I didn't know what to do or where to turn, so I just stopped going to any stylist all together. Let me just say, my experience with Atlanta stylist have not been really good. I kept feeling like, "Wait, I'm suppose to live in a city where all the well known stylist are...so why am I haven't so much difficulty finding someone". That all changed when I met Debbie. First off, I knew that whomever I went to would have wanted me to get a perm (because that's what all stylist recommend). Dealing with natural hair is not a norm for stylist. So I decided to go talk with Debbie before making an appointment (just to make sure this salon was what I was looking for). As soon as I came in the door, I was greeted with a huge smile from Debbie. She introduced herself to me and put me in her chair to look at my hair. She was willing to hear my concerns while providing the best advice for my hair. I was waiting for her to say, "You will need to get a perm"....but her advice was the complete opposite (she said she would not recommend getting a perm...especially now). I almost wanted to ask her "Say that again" b/c I couldn't beleive it at first. She decided to do what was best for my hair and I really appreciate the time she took out to look at my hair and evaluate my needs. Everytime I go into Debbie's salon, I feel at home and comfortable. I like that feeling because that means she's doing her job and doing it well. I love the customer service she gives. I will definitely keep going to Debbie as long as I'm in the state of Ga. I'm so excited because I'm going to get some extensions put in for Thanksgiving and everyone says she's really good with extensions. My recommendation is to definitely check Debbie out at Changing Faces Salon and Spa in Kennesaw, GA if you are looking for a stylist and haven't found one that you like yet.
Nairobi, Professionalism, and Great Atmosphere!
by DarlingDiva at Citysearch
I love the level of professionalism and certainly the atmosphere, but most of all, I LOVE Nairobi products and stylists that actually know how to use them! I found Debbie on my first trip, and she is the reason I will be returning! I'm so happy to have found this salon!

Best Weave Stylist in Atlanta
by LisaLisa10 at Citysearch
I am usually not one to write a review for any product or service. Today, however, I must. I have worn weaves for many years and have gone to many reputable stylists in Atlanta and Los Angeles. I have finally found a stylist that has exceeded my expectations for a weave. My first encounter with Debbie was fantastic. She took the time to consult with me about the condition of my hair and what we needed to do to keep it healthy underneath the weave. She then recommended that I use "Salon Relaxed Hair" that is high end, high quality hair that looks like relaxed hair for black folks. Now the weave. Very natural looking, smooth, no lumps or bumps. She cut my hair in long layers that will allow my hair natural movement. Can't wait to take the top down on my car. I could go on and on, but I won't. You must experience it for yourself. Ask for Debbie. A true professional.
