very good response time,and very professional. I was in the Atlanta area visiting family,when my 06 honda stop on me on the interstate,being new to the area i did not know any service centers or towing service to call for help.I went on my smart phone and google mechanic in Atlanta and i got a list of mobile mechanics..i call a few but the wait time was over an hour then i call this company,he answered the phone with profession,listened to my problem and told me he would be there in 30 mins and he did just that.he check my car found my problems, took me to a near by parts store got my parts and i was on my way within an hourhe was very professional,respectable and fair prices.he was very clean and groomed compare to people i know in the automotive industry.Thank you Mr joseph and i will be recommending to my family and friends that lives in the Atlanta area.

Please Beware He will steal your money.. If I could give Mr. Joseph zero stars I would. I found Mr. Joseph about two years age based on the reviews on this website. The first time Mr. Joseph fixed my car the service was excellent. The same can't be said for this year. In Feburary of 2011 I hired Mr. Joseph to fix my car. I paid him $1,200 to fix my car and as of today June 23, 2011 my car is still not fixed. Mr Joseph gave me the run around for a very long time and finally told me he couldn't find the part he needed to fix the car so he offered to give me a car he had instead. He gave my the run around about that also. When I finally got fed up and asked for my money back he stopped taking my calls. I have no way of contacting other than his phone number which is dicsconnected as of today, and I doubt I will get my money back or have my car fixed, he also has my engine heads so that even if I wanted to have someone else fix my car I wouldn't be able to have it fixed unless I bought a whole new engine which means i will be out $1200 plus the cost of a new engine. I would like to file a claim against Mr. Joseph if anyone has any information that could help me please contact me at quentiaturner@yahoo Does anyone know if this is his right address. Thanks in advanced.

Awesome Experience. Joseph was great! He patiently worked on my car even though one problem led to the next. It was very humid and he worked in the heat for almost four hours. It wasn't uncomfortable because he is easy to talk to and he explains the process as he goes along.

From the stories I've heard, there are total rip offs out there in the world of mobile mechanics. This was my first time ever using a service like this and it won't be the last.

If you are looking for a mechanic that is honest, affordable and professional call Mobile Mechanic Services and ask for Joseph.

I'll be calling again Joseph, keep up the great work!

Good Mechanic. Mr Joseph did several repairs on my cars and I was very content with his service and knowledge.

We had a brief misunderstanding of one payment and I did have a hard time reaching him.

Joe did come through in the end and make right on all accounts.

Joe is a good mechanic who is seems is almost to busy at times........is this a "Bad" sign? I don't think so!

u cant beat this auto repair service. i called these mobile service for a quote for repairs i needed done to my car,they gave me the best quotes and showed up at the time that i was give and did a great job on repairing my car.thank you mr joseph,and keep up the good work...

never showed up. I made an appointment for last saturday for 2 oil changes and they never showed or call.....pathetic

Outstanding Mechanic Comes to You !. Instead of calling a tow truck, I called Mr. Joseph to diagnose the problem with my car and in just a few minutes he was able to go into detail about how the broken part affected other areas. Mr. Joseph is very knowledgeable regarding auto mechanics.

He does not mind taking the time to explain it all and answer your questions. A Company that works,Thank..YOU... I have know this guy for over (8)yrs,and has provided a great service though his years of business in the community,i know there are many scams out there that claim they provide a great service but in return leave you hanging or holding the bag,if Mr Joseph would have had any trouble in repair a car/truck/suv he would not take your money,if he started a job and ran into problems he would do his best to accommodate his clients,so in regards to the comment left on this site about this service i don't believe that this happened the way it was wrote to be.Don't discredit a man that have help a lot of us including yourself in saving a lot of money,time,for a problem that i think which could have been handle differently.. in conclusion Joseph is not a THIEF....STOP TRYING TO DISCREDIT OUR BROTHERS WHOM ARE DOING SOMETHING GOOD AND POSITIVE...

Great auto service and deals. Mobile Mechanics has done several jobs for me over the past year and 1/2 and each time I was completely satisfied with both the service and the price. Mr. Joseph not only does repairs he also does regular maintenance work for much cheaper and QUICKER than repair shops like Goodyear or others. I would recommend Mobile Mechanics to friends and family.
