I like it when it's cooked right. Server and kitchen on the same page is always an A in my book, a little noisy though

JCT Burgers. The server was specific as to how I wanted the Beef Burger, medium or medium-well. I just said I wanted a little pink left - I want it juicy. It came out well-done. I don't think the chef stood on it, but there was NO pink.

The resulting $12.00 burger was fair. I won't have another burger there.

great food. The burgers here are very tasty. The cheeseburger is out of this world. The servings are also big - I had the house salad with a friend and we both ate a lot. We had a couple of beers and the tab wasn't too expensive.

Bar bites, specialty drinks in a cool setting above JCT.. In Short
Perched on the top level of the Westside Urban Market, this rooftop bar is built for the casual gourmand. Thoughtful cocktails are invented seasonally by mixologist-guru Lara Creasy while bar bites are executed on the same level as JCT Kitchen, located below. The weeknight special is a double-cheeseburger. Loaded with pimento cheese, fried green tomatoes and paired with a craft beer, it’s like a heavier, beer-accompanying Southern cousin of the H&F limited. Combine this with good-weather, chugging trains and skyline views, don’t be surprised if you fall hard for JCT Bar, it’s relaxed Atlanta dining at it’s best.

Great atmosphere, cool drinks, great burger.. JCT Kitchen is fabulous... don't get me wrong, but their upstairs bar, set right on the train tracks is awesome. Think an atmosphere closer to the bar at Shaun's than the white tableclothed restaurant downstairs. Laura Creasy is a fabulous mixologist, but the reason why I make a monthly trek over to Midtown West is for their burger. Paired with a beer, (and only costing $12), the burger is a double cheeseburger that uses gooey pimento cheese rather than some sort of square situation. It gets topped in true Southern form with a pair of fried green tomatoes, and bursts with potent mustard seeds. With all the burger madness in this town, this slipped under the radar... but definitely deserves to be noticed.

rude manager. if you want good southern food, go to Agnes & Muriels or Mary Macs. We heard OK things about this place but food was OK at best. overheard was a woman manager being very rude to her server. If I was in his place i'd hank her frizzy hair out, he did a great job

Great affordable Southern Bistro!. We were looking for a comfortable place to celebrate a birthday and decided on JCT. The scene was great. The decor is calming yet interesting. We started with the sweet corn soup and the goat cheese and mushrooms as appetizers. Both appetizers were great and the portions are generous. We split the house salad and fell in love with it. For the main course we had the pork chop on the bone and the chicken and dumplings. Both main dishes were great. For dessert we had a piece of coconut tres leches cake that was amazing. We had a wonderful meal and the service was top shelf. JCT is a comfortable place to dine on new southern cuisine. We plan on returning.
