Excellent service, quality job.. first time I've used this outfit and they have lived up to the Sears reputation. They arrived on time, in a nice marked truck, in uniforms. They were all about work. I signed on for the scotch guard after the tech explained it to me, and the carpets look great. I usually use Stanley, but Sears ended up being about $75 less than I usually pay.
