Grateful for the help!. I pulled into the median of 75 yesterday to check on the victims of an accident, and got stuck in the wet grass. Cobb Police called Kennesaw Wrecker, who showed up very quickly, and did not charge to pull me back on the road. I definitely owe them one! Though I can't say I would've chosen to hook on to my 6k lb truck via the class 3 hitch... No damage was done.

Worst Tow Service. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a tow service. Things were stolen from my car and there were dents all over!! I am planning on suing because fortunately, I do have before and after photos!! The old crusty ass owner Diane is a b**** and so is her decaying husband!

TOW AT OWN RISK. ONE STAR IS TO GOOD FOR THEM. THEY DAMAGE MY CAR AND REFUSE TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGE.

DO NOT USE KENNESAW WRECKER!!!. My vehicle was damaged either from the tow service or on the lot. Substantial damage was done to the body, from front to back, and internally. For example, the drivers side door will not even close because of the massive dents. The company refuses to take responsibility and will not even provide a condition report or anything of that nature. They have also refused to provide bonding and insurance information. Now, I have had to involve legal counsel. This place should be shut down.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. After the drama of my car breaking down in a timed lot I called Kennesaw Wrecker to the rescue. Not only did they tow my car that night but they also charged me an average fee. After having the car towed i called the dealer it was supposed to be sent to and they had no evidence of it ever being there. I called Kennesaw wrecker to find out the mistake and not only had they lost my records but they also didnt remember where they towed it to!! It doesnt end there,after personal investigation i learned that they towed my Hyundai to a Honda dealership... im an 18 year old girl and know that there is a mistake there on their part. When my dad called to fix the situation the lady at wrecker yelled at him with absolutely no class or professionalism. I am paying a different company to tow my car from their mistake. I DO NOT RECOMMEND KENNESAW WRECKER!!!!!!!
