BEWARE. NATURAL BODY CUSTOMERS BEWARE! When Natural Body International (NBI) closed its Washington, DC area franchises, it refused to honor the outstanding spa package purchases made by customers at those locations. NBI has formally stated that it has no obligation to honor service promises made by its franchisees. The Washington, DC area franchises closed with very little warning to their customers. BE CAREFUL!

great everything!. Everything about this spa is wonderful! Even the nail room is relaxing, and there is not that chemical smell that usually gives me a headache! I had a facial and a massage, and love the hot towels they use and all the good-smelling stuff. the facial was the most unusual and relaxing I have ever had. Highly recommend!
