ok Medspa!. Place is pretty nice. Everyone seems really friendly. Skincare result not as good as Alpharetta location. They never have product in stock, but overall not to bad of a place!

Bad Service - No Apologies. I had Radiesse from Natalie which they claim is supposed to last up to 1 year. Except mine started wearing off after 1 month (and my face has a couple of ripples in it like she didn't smooth it our correctly when she did my injectable).

So I made an appointment for her to take another look at it. I got there at my appointed time and was told that she was "on her way", but wouldn't be there for another 30 minutes. So I left and rescheduled for the following week and again arrived on time. This time, I ended up waiting 50 minutes for her.

I received no apology for her standing me up and no apology for her keeping me waiting 50 minutes past my appointment time. Yet she suggested I spend another $420 and that would supposedly correct whatever she didn't do correctly the first time. Needless to say, I won't be spending any more of my money (or time) at Ageless Rememdies. Surely better service and skill is out there somewhere.

Excellent Facial Experience. I am in love with my skin after my custom facial!!

My esthetician Lindsay was extremely professional, knowledgeable and wonderful. My experience at AR/Roswell was top rated. I would highly recommend getting a custom facial with Lindsay.

My skin looks fantastic. I had a facial, botox, IPL and a facial vein treatment in December. My skin looks wonderful! My esthetician Kathleen did the facial and IPL. She is a magician and wonderful at what she does! My skin feels so good.

Microdermabrasion GOOD!. I would give this spa a "high average" rating. Nice people, immaculately clean, well-stocked with cosmetics and cosmeceuticals. Location a little challenging to find - middle of a strip mall near a Trader Joe's - but the store was beautifully designed inside and smelled wonderful! This was my first visit to this location which is very close to my home. I had a microdermabrasion. I would definitely go back.

I look 10 years younger!. I have just completed a series of six Jessner Peels and I swear they took at least ten years (and forty years of sun damage) off my face. I've decided to go back for peels on my neck and chest areas. Thank you Ageless Remedies!

My complexion looks worse now than it did!. I had 3 IPL treatments here and it wasn't cheap but I would be glad to be paying it had the treatments worked! It almost seems the treatments brought out more dark sun spots than I had before. They said they would get darker before flaking off , but they never got lighter. Very disappointing. Would not recommend. Money down the drain.

Beware of this spa!. DO NOT get a microdermabrasion here. Three months later and I still have red marks on my face because they are so rough when doing the treatment. I've had this done before at another spa and it was nothing like this! They also try to hard sell you on more service packages as well as the cosmetic lines that they carry.
