“This place is a great place for gentleman travelers in and out of the city needing appoinments i've traveled to atlanta for more than ten yrs and this Barber shop has always been there for me the staff is great and my wife loves my hair great job fellas.”
“Instead they decided to make my experience even worse - at full price!”
Nice guys, terrible haircut.. Far and away the worst haircut ever. If I didn't know any better, I'd seriously wonder if it was the first time the guy had ever cut hair... My scalp was sore from the downright brutally painful use of the comb (and given I'm hard headed as it is, that's pretty remarkable!). The barber used a lot of product to hide the terrible cut, which I had to get "repaired" the next day. The cut itself was $25 plus tip, which would have been perfectly fine since I liked the idea of an old fashioned barber shop. The bottom line: the place was nice, the environment was great, the cut was absolutely awful.
THE BEST IN TOWN. You'll be a fool to past this up......
Yo people listen to me on this...
This barbershop is the best in town
I'm from London England; this is a rare treat to have something that reminds me of home,
With such professionalism. The people & barbers have great convo, an nice chill place.
you find none better..
MR G Aka "LONDON"
Do you give back. My first experience at this shop was wonderful!!!! The atmosphere was great. You meet, connect, and network with some of Atlanta's best! From all walks of life. I've people from London, Paris, and Germany just to name a few. These brothers give back in a major way. They are involve i the community. Their in hot cuts for kids every year. Even I've gotten a free cut for my son there do to economy set backs. Every third sunday they give free cuts to kids! How many shops can say that? Even enjoy the company of celebrities every now an then and they are very social too! Compared to the other shops around I love it! It is a true gentlemens club.
THIS IS THE ONLY BARBER SHOP I WILL GO TO DOWNTOWN!!!. THIS BARBERSHOP BY FAR IS THE FLAGSHIP DOWNTOWN. THE BARBERS ARE EXPERIENCED AND THE SHOP IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE PRICE IS WORTH PAYING BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS OFF THE CHART. THEY WILL FIX A HAIR LINE THE OTHER BARBERSHOP HAS MESSED UP. I DONT KNOW WHAT THOSE PEOPLE ARE TALKING ABOUT (HATERS) I'VE BEEN GOING HERE FOR ABOUT THREE MONTHS NOW AND I GET COMPLIMENTS EVERY WHERE I GO. THIS SHOP IS GOOD FOR ALL WALKS OF LIFE. I RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE COMING IN FROM OUT OF TOWN OR WORKING DOWNTOWN OR LIVING IN ATLANTA. ( *PLUS BIG SCREEN TV FOR ALL YOU SPORT'S FAN'S)
A REAL BARBERSHOP. This place is a great place for gentleman travelers in and out of the city needing appoinments i've traveled to atlanta for more than ten yrs and this Barber shop has always been there for me the staff is great and my wife loves my hair great job fellas. A real Barbershop not one of the fastfood barbershops with hidden owners.
Terrible hair cut, unfriendly, overpriced, stuffy, I would never recommend this salon to anyone..
I complained to the receptionist about the service and told her I didn't want to pay.
Theresponse from the manager was that since I already had the service done, I had to. Hmmm...I believe there would be nothing to complain about if I didn't have the service done. What kind of logic was that? I was forced to shell out $25 (and the last I'll ever give to them). You'd think that amount of money would be chump change to them and they'd have the decency to let me keep it for my troubles. Instead they decided to make my experience even worse - at full price!
No experienced barbers, plenty of better options in the area..
Because of overall experience and patience with there customers.
Went through the ordeal of waiting and waiting when I made an appointment earlier that week!
My trim was acceptable at best. Cost is high, plenty of other choices in the downtown area for that price.
This joint needs some major work and reason when it comes to pricing.
I found out the place is going downhill after asking around.
Unless you are tight with the crew on staff you will be overlooked.
Editorial Review. Downtown barbershop serves up great cuts and great conversation.
