Save yourself frustration and money. This is by far the worst auto repair shop I've dealt with in my 50+ years. Misdiagnosed the problem, replaced a "good" part with a refurbished part, and then that part malfunctioned within a week;took it back there, and now wants to charge again so they can put a new dealer part on it. Had to have the original problem repaired somewhere else.

Feels like a scam! Don't go here for your repairs!!

Worst experience of my automobile owning life! Took it in to have rack and pinion replaced, had no idea how much all of it would cost (assumed $900 max). Went to pick it up and they said "that will be $3,967!" They never called me to tell me this prior to servicing my car and when I freaked out over this larry said, "we'll, u knew it was going to be expensive!" To make things even worse, Since having all of this done back in february, i have been back at least 1-2x a month for them to fix the work they did originally.did. 3 of those times was to get a new rack and pinion bc they kept installing faulty parts!!!! Please don't waste your time!

Great experience. I've been taking my car here for 5 years. They are always proactive on handling repairs for a decent price. Top notch service and repair experience and repairs are always done in a quick and efficient manner. Really the only place to go in Buckhead.

Larry's Place has been the best place I have been to, and the only place I will go to from now on. When I first visited his fine establishment, it was on a friend's recommendation and I needed my alternator replaced on my '98 Toyota Corolla. Sure the price was great, but most importantly, him and his staff are the most personable, honest, and accommodating people that I have had the pleasure to deal with. I always recommend him to my all my friends whenever they have an auto issue. This is really a once in a life-time place with wonderful values and an enormous amount of care put into their customer service!

Worst Auto Repair Service in Buckhead and Possibly the World. Hands down the worst consumer experience of my life, across all forms of commerce. From the first day I dropped my car off to the 60th day when I picked it up, this group was unprofessional, unresponsive, and unorganized. They told me the job would take 2 weeks and it took 2 months and there were still things left unfinished. I have little patience for ignorant dishonest people, so I paid my tab and left so I did not have to listen to one more garbage filled conversation. Here are a few gems from my experience: 1) They installed the wrong tires on my car, 2) they did not repair the glove box, the spare tire, or the center console as we discussed, 3) they removed seat covers and did not put them back on. Never take your car here, regardless of the price he gives you. He uses inferior parts and labor so he can undercut the competitors who may actually fix your car like they say they will.
