“It is the perfect mix of rich and authentic Indian taste.”
“Food tasted very good and the service was great.”
Take time to read the whole review before going "Sai Murali". Formerly "Dosa Houze" and now "Sai Murali" review: Service was horrible. 1st they forgot give glasses of water on our table and we had to wait for 15 min for that. We entered the restaurant at 9:30 pm, Sat july 9,2011 half an hour before closing. We ordered idly and dosa..Both came with sambar only-but no coconut chutney, we had to ask for that too.( menu says [IDLI- 3 PCS(Cream of wheat, rice, and lentil steamed and served with sambar and chutney)] .Then we ordered chicken noodle..It was too dry and tasteless..We were looking for vinegar and soy sauce which were kept on all other tables, but we had to ask for that again.. We complained about their service to the waiter. His excuse was, "the restaurant is closing now" and he told us coconut chutney for Idly and the containers carrying vinegar and soy sauces are also provided only if someone asks for them. He didn't even bother to say sorry to us for once..In this restaurant you can see a sign board " Customer Service is our Primary responsibility" They are justifying these kind of horrible service by writing those lines.. Now, the food- dosa was cold and from the noodles some bad smell(if you open a room which was closed for long time you can smell this kind of odor )was coming. We will never ever go back there.
Best Indian Food and service.
We pIanned for a Dinner on Saturday night. called 7 of my other collegues to meet there. 2 of them were new to Indian food. Always the service was given with a smile. Barer recommended Mango Lassi to all of us, Yougurt based Mango tased delicous.
Food tasted very good and the service was great.
We all would love to go back there as a frequent customer.
Worst Indian food ever. I went to this restaurant with some of my friends for dinner. Most of the food stuff were not hot when they were served. The tomato soup tasted like ready-made instant soup. The Vegetable Oothappam had vegetables from a pack of frozen peas and beans instead of fresh vegetables. None of us liked the food and I don't recommend this place at all.
Best Indian Restaurent in Alpharetta, GA. Dosa Houze food was excellent. I was very impressed with their lunch buffet. The food was kept hot and waiter always made sure that we had everything we needed. In my book, Dosa Houze is the best for authentic Indian cuisine. I highly recommend dining there whether with a small or large party.
