Terrible customer service. Buyer beware!. This is a store where you can find nice designer items for a decent discount if you happen to go at a right time. Hit or miss pretty much. But I have finally decided to limit my shopping trips to the store due to their terrible customer service. I have read the last review and can't agree more. There's an associate, Aida, who is probably the worst of the bunch. Avoid her if you can. Just not a pleasant shopping experience there. There are plenty of other comparable stores in the area, so why put yourself through that? Just my 2 cents.

Great clothes, terrible staff. Even though I love going to off 5th because of their great prices and selection, the past 3 times i have been the staff checking me out has complained about their job. They made comments about the customer before me, about how long their hours are, and how tiring the job is.

I have worked in retail myself and completely understand how rude customers can be to staff, but that is no excuse to relay this info back to other customers.

Expensive Discounts! Designer Wear & Home Goods! Some High Markdowns!. We love nice quality expensive clothing, especially at big discounts. Discover Mills is along way from our home, but worth it. If you love all the beautiful clothes at Saks at Phipps, well come here. They are not the current season, but who cares, at these prices. Save them for next season. Alot of the garments, are still pricy, but you can find real bargins. Also they carry a limited selection of Home Accrssories and Furniture accent pieces. We found a 3K Bombay Chest for our home's entry, for only $750.00. That's why we don't mind this drive. Check out all the other discounters at Discover Mills. We usually make a day of it!
