Poor Quality Beef!. I am a huge PF Chang's fan and have visited PF Chang's in several cities across the US. I ate there last night with out of town guests and was extremely disappointed. I had the Mongolian Beef and the quality of the beef was worse than cheap take out. It was very fatty and had a strange color (it was probably old). I ate at the PF Chang's in Tampa, FL two weeks ago and had the Mongolian Beef and it was great. I will still patronize PF Chang's but not the Cumberland Mall location.

This gussied-up chain bustles with singles and families craving Chinese food favorites.. In Short
This chain eatery near Cumberland Mall is a step above traditional, by-the-numbers Chinese spots. Towering twin stallions and carved wood screens add majesty and mystery to this stylishrestaurant, where well-dressed patrons sip martinis at the bar and families with children feast around large tables or in spacious booths. The menu gives Chinese classics a contemporary tweak; dishes are artfully presented, with many sauces made tableside by servers. Signature plates include diced chicken wrapped in cool lettuce leaves, orange-peel beef with chili peppers, and wok-fried scallops with lemon sauce. For the sporty set, the eatery features a tasty training table menu with input from world-class athletes. There are also menus for special diets, vegetarian options and an extensive wine list. Atlantans can stop by PF Changs locations on Buford Highway, near the Mall of Georgia in Cobb, and north of the perimeter on Ashford Parkway.

Love PF changs. I love PF Changs and have been going for years. I have only been to this one twice and the food was great like always...the portions were smaller than we are used to from other PF Changs but sometimes restaurants are funny that way...some days you get more and most of the time you get less. I thought the service was good and its not as busy as some other locations.

Apps only, but be ready for red cheeks. I love the appetizers at PF changs, but after that this place falters. I have been to numerous PF changs probably 15-20 times, the one at Cumberland has the worst service I have encountered. I dont blame the servers as i have had contact with the manager that works when we usually go, Sunday nights. It is obvious he is the reason for the service failure. Tried the New york strip special, came out sliced, raw, cold on cold bok choy on a cold plate, after returning it he said "that is how it is supposed to be served". So I ordered chow fun instead, what does he do? He brings out the same steak hot and says "I just wanted you to know the kitchen can cook it right". Bravo kitchen! Our next visit we just ordered appetizers, took two hours to get out of that place, ordered pork dumplings, ran out, sent another order of shrimp dumplings, that took 20 minutes, server had to mention how someone in the kitchen screwed up and didn't tell him they ran out. Service begins and ends in the kitchen, but a failure of a manager doesn't help either. Don't bring friends unless you want them to see your red cheeks of anger.
