What People Are Saying About Dressed

In Short – With a shiny, Jetson's-like interior and geometric décor, this Midtown spot seems more fitting for a futuristic cocktail than earthy greens. But folks flock to this happy salad palace for their ridiculous number of potential salad combinations come lunch time. Those shying away from the mind-boggling number of toppings and dressings can order a chef-designed salad, neatly-packaged in a giant plastic to-go bowl. Wraps and homemade soups provide healthy pick-em-up alternatives while the homemade cookies defeat the purpose, yet are oh-so-good.
Not Worth It
by Jennifer30309 at Citysearch
I just paid $10 for a huge bowl of iceberg lettuce and 5 bites of chicken. The southwest salad was a total disappointment, and inferior in every way to Chick-fil-a's $6 version. I enjoyed the cheese that Dressed used, but that was it. The toppings (corn, jalapeno, cheese and chicken) were included in such a small quantity that I might have well have gone to Kroger and bought a head of iceberg lettuce for $2. With so many better restaurants serving high end salads, such as Fresh to Order, there's no reason for me to return to Dressed.
- Pros: All show, no substance
- Cons: Price, ingredients
Love these salads

I agree with some of the reviews that the salads are a bit overpriced. But it's true you get what you pay for. The quality and variety is much better than doc greens or jason's deli, worth the extra couple bucks if you ask me. If they knocked maybe $1 or $2 off it would make a big difference though, since all the ingredients I choose seem to have an upcharge. Love the fact that they're tossed so well. Once in awhile I get one delivered to me that seems it's all lettuce and no ingredients, when I've paid $4 in upcharges, but this has only happened a couple times and I guess it depends who makes it. I recommend the avocado dressing as well as the lemon lime.
I order at least weekly, and when I go into the store Keith the manager remembers me and is always very friendly. I had to clear that up since somebody was bashing him on here. It's all about how you talk to people - I had an issue once and he corrected it with a smile.
- Pros: Quality of ingredients, variety of vegetables, dressings
- Cons: Upcharges for all the good ingredients
Are you kidding? Amazing Salads!!!!!

I read the last posting and had to laugh out loud. Dressed really is one of the best choices for a fast, healthy and reasonable lunch in Midtown. I eat at Dressed a few times a week and have yet to spend over $10 for a salad. The ingredients are incredibly fresh and the service is top notch. Arguably the best salad that I've ever had. It's not by chance that they were voted best salad in Atlanta by Atlanta Magazine.
Pros: so much parking, beautiful space and incredible salads
