Tips for Trinity Fitness

By FAR, THE Best Women's Gym in Atlanta!. I have never witness so many women go through such tremendous transformations before coming to Trinity. I have experienced remarkable results of my own, not only with my physique, but with my overall health, nutrition, and well being, both mentally and physically. Trinity is an amazing environment to tackle what so many women struggle with - fitness, physique, health, nutrition... all of it... everything involved with getting "in shape". It is truly like a family there, and I could never have achieved the results I have anywhere else. I am so thankful to everyone at Trinity, Nathan, his staff, and all my workout sisters (that's what I consider the other members of the gym - my gym sisters). They all make working out actually enjoyable! I never thought I would EVER feel that way, but I actually can't wait to get off work so I can go see my 'family' at the gym.

As for the complaints about the contract, it is a simple 30 day cancellation notice, which is very common of many of the gyms I have been a member of. And I have witnessed many clients come and go at Trinity for various reasons, without any problems giving a 30 day notice to end their membership.

Thank You Trinity for making me such a better person! I would and do recommend Trinity to all my friends, and strangers too!

Don't waste your money. This gym is overpriced, considering it's hardly ever open, and if you express you're displeasure, you're either ignored, lied to, or condescended to. As others have said, the contract is a nightmare to get out of, even if you have a legitimate reason, and the people running the place are rude, unresponsive, and only care about their bottom line. The classes are fun, but for the hassle, inept customer service, and drama involved in something that should be simple, you'd be better served joining a gym that's more transparent about their business model and charges, and that will address your concerns in a prompt, honest, and up-front manner.

"Experience Trinity" Callenge!. I see that there are a few folks out there that are unpleased with the experience they've received while at Trinity. I have found, even though I'd like to, I can not please everyone. These sites allow anyone to post comments even if they don't know or have any relationship with your business. I'm putting my money where my mouth is. Come in try a class, if you feel that your not treated like a close family member, then I'll buy you a month membership at another gym. call us for details

Program is great, but Don't Question Nathan!. It appears from the other comments that the customer service at this gym has taken a nose dive as of late. I had a concern over their shady billing practices. Make sure you read any credit card receipts you sign, it is actually a contract, even though they sell their services month to month. If you question their service practices, be prepared to listen to Nathan accuse you of slander and tell you his lawyer is going to call you. Still waiting on that one. The classes are fun though!

Nathan is RUDE jerk. I received an email from Nathan regarding the "Tough Questions" I should be asking myself about why I haven't joined his gym. I replied that I found his email offensive and inappropriate, so he responded that I agreed to receive his stupid emails, and that I obviously don't want to improve my life.

If he cannot respect your opinion nor your feelings, and does not have the ability to apologize for his offensive behavior......LADIES BE WARNED IN ADVANCE!!!!

great gym, kickboxing classes great fun. Trinity is a great place to workout. It is a no nonsense gym with character not a fancy smancy boutique. It’s hard work. The staff is serious about getting you in shape. They are very positive and frank about fitness. You leave there feeling like you have done something. That said, it is a very inviting place too the instructors are great and Nathan keep a great family atmosphere.

Motivational and Supportive. I signed up for Trinity's self defense course, Are You Prepared, in January of last year. This 5 week long course completely changed my life. It was one of the most important things I have ever done. It was difficult both physically and emotionally, but having the tools to defend myself and know my own strength is a blessing!

I stayed with Trinity because the staff simultaneously motivates and supports you. Kick boxing is an amazing form of exercise that is always challenging. You have to find your inner strength while you build your outer strength.

Trinity is the best place in Atlanta to work out while being part of a great big family!

I recommend joining for kick boxing, yoga and especially the AYP class..... bottom line... Trinity provides the platform and resources to motivate you to change!

best experience!. I have never been to a gym where I actually enjoy being there. Trinity is the only gym that I have happily and successfully stayed a member of for more than a couple of months. I attend this gym 4-6 days a week and the workouts are great, difficult, and hardcore. You see real results in a short period of time. The owner of this gym has done an amazing job tailoring his business and his life to help women be their best. I would and have recommended this gym to many friends and co-workers.

Awesome Experience. I have been to many gyms. But nothing like this before. Most of my experience with gyms has been more or less a non-personal feel, but Trinity is a hands on, one on one training facility. All the trainers I've worked with have always known what they were talking about and what they were doing. It made me feel comfortable and relaxed. It was a great time and I enjoyed it a lot. Definitely sharing this with my friends. Love It!

great workout gym. I have worked out at Trinity Fitness for several years, off and on dependent on my work/life schedule. Throughout the entry and re-entry to my fitness regime, I have been welcomed by Nathan and the other trainers at the gym. The other folks there are there to work out and engage me if I reach out, but are always genuinely polite. All the equipment I need is there and available when I need it. I love the motivational emails and newsletters, the contact and coaching I receive in the studio and look forward to my next workout there. I would recommend Trinity to just about anyone I know.
