Making a Big Difference. Benchmark is changing my life. This has been great for me physically and emotionally. I've had problems for over 4 years and am now beginning to feel better with life. I love this place and I don't know why no one has recommended this to me in the past. I am finally getting better.

Best Ever PT Experience. The three month's experience was the best ever physical therapy in my life and the primary therapist, Lindsay, is by far the most outstanding, knowledgeable therapist I've worked with. I feel my stamina has improved overall, and I've learned especially something important: When I feel most tired, achey or in pain, rather than resting completely by going back to bed, it is critical to get up, move around and keep going for overall well being. Thank you Benchmark!

Impressive Staff. The staff are all very friendy and professional. The office staff were always helpful in setting appointments. Derek treated me a few times and certainly knows his professional. ALesha did most of my treatments and she is certainly impressive. I made tremendous progress under her care and supervision. She is a delight and a pleasure to work with.

I will always remember them and remain appreciative of their effort and professionalism.

Watch Your Pocketbook. My husband had physical therapy at Benchmark PT in Sandy Springs. Although the staff was pleasant enough, he is under the impression that some of the people who directed portions of his therapy were not more than office staff. They also use a lot of students, which he was OK with. He was not billed at the rate for office staff conducted therapy, of course. The crunch came when we found out that they did not keep within the confines of the number of physical therapy visits allowed by our insurance company. My husband even mentioned quitting because his flexibilty was more than adequate, and they told him to do 2 more visits. They also did not tell us to keep up with the number of visits either. We trusted them to do what every other provider of medical care did in 2 major surgeries this year. We trusted them not to exceed what the insurance company would pay for, or at least notify us that they were not doing this. We received a large bill. for the over run amount. Very unpleasant when we are paying a fortune for health insurance with a very large deductable. The company has absolutely NO excuse for this oversite on their part, except to lecture us on our insurance coverage.
