Very knowledgeable and friendly!. We knew we wanted a scooter from Twist N Scoot because I had done my homework on the other place and read that they were not so great at service. At TNS, they were very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, with gas prices at 4+ dollars a gallon, scooter demand has soared so we have to wait about 6 weeks to get the Buddy International one we want but they assured me it would be worth the wait. :) Will write more once I actually get my scooter but I can't wait to get it!!!
