I highly recommend DRW. We recently moved to Atlanta. I read about DRW in an article on a Magazine. At first, I was very hesitant about making such a big ticket item purchase from a store I don’t know, but after reading all of the glowing reviews, and found out that they received “A” rating from BBB. I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did. My wife and I were able to shop in the store with no pushy sales people around. However, their rug education and guidance was extremely helpful. We took a rug on 2-day trial.. The rug exceeded our expectations, and look perfect. we loved it and extremely satisfied with our first time experience shopping at DRW. I highly recommend it.

Great value, recommended. I have been looking for an area rug for a few months, reviewing many websites and visiting many stores - The value seemed unbeatable at rug Warehouse but I was a little worried about purchasing a rug without my interior designer- I went for it nonetheless. The rug is of great quality and my designer loved it - We had to exchange the rug for larger size rug and they took care of it and paid nothing for the delivery - The customer service was very good. I usually do not leave feedback online but I felt compelled to do this as rug warehouse is truly a top-notch store. Recommended
