Excellent Service. I had to take the time out to write this review. I must say that this office has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Denise was soooo pleasant and patient, despite the fact that she was the only person working at the time, she always smiled updated me on how the process works in terms of payments and services which was greatly appreciated. Dr. Marc Etienne was very patient, he took his time to explain the issues i have at the moment and the best treatment needed and explained what products would work best. I could on and on how great the service is but its best to experience it yourself. This is one place I know that my $$ is being spent well with! EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVICE on a whole!!!

All about profit, not about patients!. I have been going to this 'practice' over 5 year now and ultimately got fed up enough to quit. The front office is aloof and self absorbed without regard for patients. Appointments may be abruptly canceled at the last minute without any consideration for patient convenience. The quality of the hygienists has declined. There is intense upselling of products and services to increase the bill from the moment the patient walks in the front door. The business office has no clue - plan on your bill getting screwed up. About the only thing that this group really does well is collect the co-pay. They should really be selling shoes...
