HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!

I had written on the form requested that I was there for a pap smear and also trying to conceive. She told me that she could not speak with me because I was having a pap smear done - I would have to reschedule. When I asked why, she told me it was routine. I asked her a question anyway, and was told that if I didn't have any kids by now, I was probably infertile. I was devastated. Totally floored. She left me with that thought as I tried to pull myself together (wiping tears from my face). Upon leaving the examination room, I saw her propped against the door of the next room talking to a co-worker. That was the reason she couldn't take any time to talk to me. She was too busy discussing her weekend plans. Fortunately, I went to my family doctor who was appalled and reassured me several tests would have to be taken before infertility could be discerned. As a new patient I expected a lot more from Cyd Williams. She was completely atrocious. If you value your money, time, and tears, DO NOT VISIT this OB-GYN. Cyd Williams is not invested in her job. She lacks compassion and understanding. The staff is equally horrific. I had a nurse ask me if I needed a STD test. She was completely unprofessional and uninformed, as she had my form in front her - I was there for my yearly pap smear and trying to conceive. The entire atmosphere is cold from the receptionist desk to the snobby nurses, and the indifferent Cyd Williams.

• Pros: I waited five minutes before I was called back.
• Cons: The entire service. I would have waited three hours if I was treated well.
