Beware of this company. BBB rating of F. Business Owners please google this business before signing up with them. As of 1-4-12 They have a BBB rating of F. I wish I had. Dont go by what their sales reps tell you. They have hidden and undisclosed fees. Sales rep told me the sign up contract was for 2 years. Turned out it was a recurring contract every 2 years. This was undisclosed by the rep. I had to pay an early termination fee of $250 after being with the company over 3 years. I asked the sales rep if there was an annual fee and he said no. 4 months later was charged an annual fee and every year since I have been charged. Also when I had signed up I owned my own credit card machine but used one of their pinpads. After 3 years I had forgotten I had one of their pinpads and 2 weeks after I closed my account I had another charge of $490.50 for not returning it. You can buy the same pinpad a new verifone 1000 on ebay for around $70. I still had the pinpad in my possession and offered to return it for a refund of the $490.50. I was told that once I was charged it was to late to return it. Would never recommend this company to any business especially small businesses which I am. The unexpected charge put me in a temporary financial strain. I am a 1 man small bussiness and I paid Processing Solutions thousands of dollars in fees over the 3 years that I was with them and they hit me with $740.50 of hidden and undisclosed fees when I closed my account. I was greatly mislead by Processing Solutions and their sales rep.

I would owe when I closed my account. Its a shame that companies like this can charge hidden fees and ridiculous prices for their equipment and get away with it. Beware of this company

Don't know how they can call themselves a business. This is the worst merchant service I have ever used. We waited over 6 days and still have not had our funds released. Apparently, we were supposed to fax a copy of our invoice to them to verify the transaction. We have never in 3 years had to send a credit card company a copy of our invoices. Multiple calls and no results have forced me to share this experience. When I have asked for the supervisor, I get the run around and was told that the supervisor was not there. Additionally, the transaction does not match the amount deposited. They take out their fees in the transaction itself which makes it very difficult to reconcile. Even though the transaction was according to them "not verified" they still took out their money and billed my client's credit card. However, I have not received the funds because they are not verified. Ridiculous.

Great Customer Service. I love this company!! I cannot say enough about the exceptional customer service, and the one-on-one attention I receive from my personal Representative. I would advise anyone who accepts Visa/MasterCard as payment to give them a call.
