Highly Recommend Ermitage Jewelers. I called and spoke to Liz about the Cartier Colisee Watch. She was very patient, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The Watch is beautiful, exactly as described on their website and exactly as the pictures portrayed on their website. This watch is in impeccable condition and was very competitively priced. I look forward to the continued relationship with Ermitage Jewelers. I love their history and I can’t say enough about the on-line buying experience and their website. I hope to visit their store some day and meet Liz and her Father in person. Liz, Thank You so much for all of your help!!!

I contacted Ermitage Jewelers to inquire about selling my Rolex Explorer II. Peter gave me a verbal quote for the watch and sent me an overnight shipping label that same day. I received an email that they had received my watch and within the hour Peter called me and confirmed the price he had quoted me for the watch. The money transfer was made before noon. It was a pleasure to deal with Peter and Ermitage Jewelers. I look forward to doing business with them again. Thanks for a great experience.

I live in Texas and was looking for a Rolex for my wife for christmas, I looked at several sites before I found Ermitage Jewelers, their prices seemed to be the best, thank goodness I did not see the negative reviews that are out there before I purchased my Rolex or I would have missed the execellent experence I had dealing with "Kate" she was so nice and very helpful. They did everything they said they would do and were very fast about doing it, I later had to get some more links for my Rolex and they sent those right out. I dont know what happened with the people who had the bad experences but I can tell you I will use them again and will refer them to all my friends.

This is the first time I have ever written a review before. I felt like I had to voice my opinion because I have never been treated with such little respect before. They where extremely rude, arrogant, and clearly did not want my business. The owner is an absolute prick and acts like he is better than you. I read all the reviews before posting this. It is clear that the positive reviews are coming from the owner's friends or family and the poor reviews are telling the truth. Stay away from this place!

The watch arrived today by Fedex as precisely scheduled and is in magnificent condition. It is just like I remembered it when I was in your store last month. After deliberating for weeks with the purchase when I returned home to New York, the watch traveled the nine hundred plus miles packaged carefully and well protected. You are my Rolex watch jeweler from now on. Thanks Peter for all you help

I have been in Ermitage three times, each time intending to purchase a Rolex watch. I have never left with anything due to the poor customer service. Today I went into the store to discuss trading in my current Rolex for one of the Submariner's they had in stock. Peter treated me and acted as if he did not want my business. They have been rude and uniterested in serving me each time I visited. And thier prices are not competitive. I have lived in Dunwoody over 20 years and wanted to patronize a local store. But, I am done trying. I will take my business elsewhere.

Great Jeweler with superb customer service. I just recently purchased a Rolex Submariner from this company and I have to

say it was one of the easiest transactions I have had via the internet. The

watch is absolutely excellent in every way and is exactly as described via their website. The

price was fair and the delivery of the watch was incredibly fast. I wouldn't

hesitate to purchase another watch from this company. Liz provided excellent customer service. The watch was beautiful and meticulously prepared. Thanks again for all of your help.
