Very Caring. This medical care facility has an extremely clean professionally relaxed atmosphere. I loved it! Being able to walk-in is very convient with my lifestyle, because when someone in my family needs to see a doctor, they usually can't wait a week or a month.

The ENTIRE medical staff was very patient with my crying 23 year old daughter. The nurse Reneta was very good at breaking the tension, while administering wound care, and making my daughter and I laugh from time to time.

Location was easy to get to, right on Ponce De Leon, across from Fellini's Pizza. This was the most caring doctors office that I have ever dealt with.

LIFE SAVER. THE OTHER DAY I WAS SOOO SICK, AND MY HUSBAND TOOK ME TO SEE DOCTOR NICK WHOM WE HAVE BEEN GOING TO FOR THE LAST YEAR. (LOVE HIM!).

MY WAIT WAS MINIMAL BUT, WHEN I GOT TO THE BACK INSTEAD OF DOCTOR NICK, I SAW AMY THE NEW P.A.

I MUST ADMIT THAT I ONLY WANTED TO SEE HIM, BUT I DECIDED TO GIVE HER A CHANCE, AND I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. SHE KNEW HER STUFF, SHE WAS FUNNY AND VERY PLEASANT.

NOW MY FAMILY HAS TWO KNOWLEDGEABLE MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS TO CHOOSE FROM.

Dr. Beaulieu = 5 *. I first saw Dr. Beaulieu when I had a sinus infection. I was very impressed by his caring bedside manner and attentiveness. Once he was seeing me, I felt like I was his only patient. He spent about 15 minutes with me asking questions and checking things out to eliminate diagnoses before concluding I had a sinus infection. Even though they take my insurance, he gave me some samples (as well as a prescription) to help with the cost.

The second time I interacted with Dr. Beaulieu, one of my family members from out of country had a problem. Dr. Beaulieu spent about 40 min with them diagnosing the problem and then make recommendations for follow up treatment and wrote a note to the hospital for us.

I highly recommend Dr. Beaulieu and agree with one of the other reviewers, that it is like how seeing a doctor used to be!

I refuse to see anyone else but Dr. Beaulieu. I've been seeing Doctor Beaulieu for 3 years now. I will not change him for anything in the world. He is attentive, knowledgeable about everything you can think of the has to do with your body. Dr. Beaulieu is one of the best doctors I have ever had. His staff is very friendly, the wait is very short and the atmosphere is relaxing. I enjoy going to my doctor.... how about you?

Very Difficult to Deal With. I want everyone to know.... The Doctor I saw (Dr. Beaulieu) was in fact a GREAT doctor. He took care of me and didn't want to prescribe me anything addictive for pain (although I have torn ligiments in my foot) so he gave me samples of celebrex, which I believe is for arthritis. So, his nurse did put a splint on my foot... The first one deflated immediately, and the second one worked - FOR 2 DAYS!!!!!! So, I went in today in hopes of simply getting a new splint, since my foot is in ALOT of pain, without REAL pain medicine.... The response I received. "You have to see a different doctor, since the doctor you saw isn't in today, wait in line and pay your co-pay". The front office couldn't just give me another splint ?!?!?!? (I understand.... I mean the first two didn't work so why the third one would is a ridiculous thought and since the splints are so expensive and high tech and worth the 20 I give them, oh wait, the 40 I would have given them if I went today, I understand.... I mean I am paying for such a HIGH quality splint...) I am sorry for having to give this place 1 star, since the dr. was GREAT!!!!!!!!! But - He didn't prescribe ANYTHING for pain and the splint lasted two days (although I need it for 2 weeks). Go to the ER, they will help you out more so than the front office of this place.

Highland Urgent Care & Family. Our experience here was so great! Dr. Beaulieu was wonderful, he has a great sense of humor and makes you feel really comfortable. We went in because my boyfriend had a really painful neck, and Dr. Beaulieu took the time to listen to the problem and gave him some medicine to make him more comfortable. It's a great, clean place to get quality care.

Highland Urgent Care & Family - Great Intown Dr. I would agree with the previous poster. I saw Dr Beaulieu because he was close to where I lived. But my experience has been wonderful. Previous Dr's generally just said too bad or it will get better but Beaulieu actually took the time to help me work through my list of medical problems that had build up over the years of seeing other Dr's. I am much healthier than I have ever been before thanks to him. I plan on building my future insurance decisions based on being able to see him still.

Pretty much he listens and actually works to take care of your health problem. Plus his referrals have all been high quality as well.

The way that going to a doctor used to be!. I first met Dr. Beaulieu when I took my very sick, very uninsured roommate to him. I was so impressed with him that I've been using him ever since. He treats the whole person and does not prescribe unnecessary medicine. He is mindful of keeping costs under control with uninsured patients while still maintaining a high quality of care. He once called me on a Saturday to give me test results. Another time, when I was really sick, he called me the next day to make sure I was feeling better. His manner is friendly, polite, and caring. The staff is down-to-earth and polite. The office even boasts a computer for patients to use while they wait, although I've never had to wait long. He really listens, and the office visits don't feel rushed. Highly, highly recommended.
