Poor customer service. We went to Sprong in Buckhead because a friend recommended them. We specifically asked for durable shoes that my active 4.5 year-old could wear to school every day. The owner recommended a pair and my daughter fell in love with them...After one day on the playground the shoes looked like they've been worn for a month. I called the store and asked to return/exchange and they told me to bring the shoes in. When we arrived we found out that the owner was not there so we had to wait another week for an answer. A week later they called and claimed it was normal wear & tear so they were not willing to refund/exchange. These were not cheap shoes and I would expect the store to provide high-end customer service to encourage people to return. I am definitely not going back to Sprong shoes and will share this experience with my friends.
