Really Bad Management!!. I can't believe a manager would treat anyone the way Stephanie treated me. I don't think she is qualified to be a manager. I was scheduled for a body massage, but got there 10mins late. I got a call from stephanie when I was still in my car trying to find a parking spot. She insisted I reschedule bcos I was late. I told her that I was outside the bldg about to come in but she said "No, mam" so I agreed to reschedule.

I went back there again for a body massage and was advised by my massage specialist (MS) to book an hour time slot,so I did with a young man. 10 mins after leaving the bldg the young man called back and said he couldn't schedule me for Monday at 12:30pm, I'll have to come in at 11am. I told him I couldn't do that time but promised to call back since I was on the other line. To my surprise, I got a call from Stephanie on Monday morning shouting and screaming that she will have to charge me for not showing up for my 11am appointment. I tried explaining to her what actually happened but she just went off. OMG! She even lied that the other day I was 45MINS late for my appt when I was only 10mins late. What kind of a manager would do such a thing? The service was not free. I paid for my service. A co-worker overhead our conversation and quickly notified the MS what had happened. The MS called back but I had missed her call, so she left me a msg and apologized on the "managers" behalf. I called back SPA Sydel and stephanie kept on hanging the phone on me. OMG

Spa Sydell Got it RIGHT!. Ok so now they do Botox, fillers... Convenient, yes. But I was kinda scared. There is nothing to worry about. Dr. Kollinger was wonderful. He took his time explaining everything to me, all my options. I never felt pressured. I look amazing. This is not a MED spa and that is a good thing. I had a facial and a peel, then finished it with Botox and Radiesse, no puffy fake look. It took 7 days, but so very well with it. No one seems to know why, they all say I look so rested, younger, refreshed. I love it! My husband loves it.....I was pleasantly surprised. Great job Spa Sydell you got it right!!! Highly recommend it, you will not be sorry! Worth every penny!

Best Brazilian Wax Ever!!!. This was a great experience. I just moved and was very nervous about having someone else do it. Eli was AMAZING!!!! I will definately be coming back to see her soon!

Great Tanning Experience. I recently had a spray tan done at Spa Sydell's Dunwoody location and had a great experience. I wouldn't have thought Spa Sydell would have done such a great job on the tanning. The tan looks awesome and I will no doubt go back there from now on. Rachel was very professional and so friendly. I have been to a few tanning places in Atlanta and they were just so unprofessional and really did a poor job. Rachel is an true artist when it comes to her job. Thanks so much Rachel and Spa Sydell.

Avoid Spa Sydell Like the Plague!!!. I was looking forward to FINALLY using 3 old spa gift certificates that I had received as gifts for my upcoming 30th birthday, but was informed that I could not redeem them because they are over 2 years old. That's over $400 of my friends' and families' hard earned money that they flat out STOLE. I am a VERY busy person and unfortunately haven't had time to take off a whole day to spend at the spa until now. I looked forward to a nice relaxing day at the spa for my 30th, but now I have to inform my friends and family that all their generosity went to waste. Money is money... these gift certificates should not expire. I realize prices may have changed, but I was more than willing to pay the difference. I will certainly be telling all of my friends and family to never buy me another gift certificate from this corrupt company again, and I warn everyone to avoid this unprofessional business like the plague! They aren't even that great of a spa to begin with.
