A Dissappointed mother

My child was seen by Dr.Lisa Perry Gilkes, she performed surgery on him. To my knowledge I overheard Dr. Gilkes from the waiting room slandering my child's name. The things that were said were not suitable. I felt all medical information shoud have been CONFIDENTIAL!!!! I find this VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I will not recommend Dr.Lisa Perry Gilkes to anyone. Besides all that each time I came to her office, the wait time were over 2 hours long. How many more patients have she done this too without their knowledge.I grade this physician a negative zero. Since that episode, I have found another great physician. We now see Dr. James Fortson. If you're looking for a PROFESSIONAL MD, vist his office two doors down from this office.Do not take your love ones to this ENT practice. I am sorry I ever did.

Went to doctors office and had an amazing experience. From the time you enter the office till the time we left. Everyone was so cheerful, kind and very polite. This office were very knowledeable , with all questions and concerns I had about insurance, copay and even the fear I had about my child possibly needing surgery. The receptionist (Sonya) reassured me everything was going to be just fine and once I met Dr.Perry-Gilkes and she has such a soft loving voice. I expressed my concerns to her and she and I had a long pleasant & lenghty conversation. I was like WOW !!!! This is a great doctor with so much compassion for her patients. She spent quality time with my daughter and I as if wewere the only patient in her office to be seen. I really loved that! I honestly can say the entire staff was so wonderful. Sonya ,and Keisha had smiles on there faces from the time we checkedin till we checked out. I told my husband that I love the courtesy the entire office showed us on our visit. Anyway my daughter had tubes put in her ears and is doing great THANKS to Dr. Perry-Gilkes and her wonderful staff. I was not going to authorize the procedure but when I came to this office I changed my mind. Dr. Perry has great bedside manner and Sonya called to check on me and my daughter even after the surgery.Now I have never experienced that from no physcian nor their staff. These people are #1 in my book and I will tell everyone I know about thie ENT doctor.

great bed side manners, very friendly staff, appointments are given quickly,Physician is very knowledgeable and courteous, From the time you check in and the time you check out I was greeted with smiles and professional courtesy. My daughter loved the physician and was given treats I would recommend this physician to all of my family and friends
