Please we need a Huddle House in Kannapolis N.C. I managed one in Mcbee S.C. for 5 years and now i have moved to N.C. I really miss Huddle House .M y name is Lori Hall.

HUDDLE HOUSE GARBAGE BURGERS.. Went to Huddle House in Moundsville Wv. My friend and i ordered two double cheeseburgers. When the order came, the meat was pure BLACK AND BURNT. Showed the waitress of the PITYFULL so called hamburgers. She brought two more burgers over, same thing,BURNT, BLACK, DRY.. It was GARBAGE. You could tell by all the CRAP that was on the meat that the cooks never bothered to clean off the grill. So there was a total of 10 burgers that was disgusting.I broke one of the burgers in half so the waitress could see that the inside was even black. I took two burgers home to my dog, because they werent fit for human consumption.. Sad part is, the cooks were cooking the burgers like that all the time. I dont know about you, but i like my burgers, brown and juicy,, not BLACK, BURNT, AND DRY with crap all over them. I wouldnt go to the Huddle house in MOUNDSVILLE WV..If you want hamburgers. You'd be better off going to Mc Donalds. Mcdonalds double burgers were better than those and mcdonalds double is only a buck.

rude waitress. My family was at the huddle house in Collins, Ms on Sunday night, October 9, 2011. We usually go there at least 2-3 times a month. The only time we have bad service is when the older woman named Cindy waits on us. She is rude to the cooks, not friendly at all to the customers and her hair is hanging down and flying around as she moves. We try extremely hard to not sit in her area but this past week it just went to far. She was rude, she didnt seem as if she even wanted to be there. Her hair was just all over the place! It does not make you want to eat when you see the hair flying around as she had it doing. The others had their hair nets on or had it pinned back and out of the way. She fusses with the other employees in front of customers, trying to shift the blame from herself to the others. We have been regulars for a long while but that looks as if it is going to have to stop. She will not stop the rudeness, or tie up her hair. We know that there is a dress code for the hair situation being as all the others do it, but she just will not take care of herself and follow the dress code and the code of conduct. The way she talks to the cooks is just demeaning to them. You can tell they are embarassed but they handle it with class and dignity. The cook told her order-up and she walked right past her food to go ring up somebodys ticket and left the food sitting there getting cold. We do no blame the cook. She had her job under control. This Cindy person does not though- and she trys to run the others jobs but she can't even do her own job properly. It is very hard for me to write this. We have been loyal customers for many years now and she seems to be getting worse as time goes by. From now on, we will be calling to see if she is working that shift before we go up there. Her lack of respect for her co-workers and her cusomers is horrid! As long as she is there, we won't be!! The food is great, they have an excellent group of cooks up there. The rest of the wait staff is friendly, nice and very pleasant. Overall, she just kills the friendly atmosphere and the harmonius setting for my family. The attitude and the flying hair does not make for a pleasant meal!
