Nice Amenities & Friendly Residents. Either I moved from New York and am immune to the construction noise or the construction is over. I really don't think the noise is that bad. Its your typical City noises which to me sound like white noise at this point. I've met a few of my neighbors so far and they seem pretty nice. Everyone kind of does their own thing and no one gets in your business which is good. There is a security desk downstairs which is always occupied 24/7. Again, they seem pretty nice as well and very responsive. The only thing I would like to see as an improvement is that I wish the website was more interactive and user-friendly. I would like to enter simple work orders online as opposed to emailing Brian directly in the office.

5 Stars Yea OK. 2 reviews... one with 1 star, the other with 5 stars... how would that make 4 stars?

Nobody likes this place enough to give it 5 stars... smells like management.

Right now I'm listening to the grinding of the 14th Street Bridge construction and the bass from my neighbors entertainment system above... good times.

Thin walls, low class atmosphere.. Management somewhat rude and abrasive. I should have taken it as a sign to move on but I needed to make a decision quick. Told me the place would be quiet but in fact has been the complete opposite. Neighbors above & below like to throw party's and distort the view 100%. The view becomes a joke... put on top of that the 14th Street Bridge project and you got Hell... ta da...

They're trying real hard to get people in here but don't be suckered.

It took them a month recently to get the pool fixed (still has no water)... it had to be drained and they didn't give any real reason as to why it happened. They were on it tho... they really wanted to get that back & working in a hurry. Pffff.

If I could get out of my lease I would.

Great amenities, great views, great location. This is a fantastic building with amenities that can't be beat. Swimming pool, fitness center, raquetball court, tennis court, basketball court, business center, conference room, free w-fi, steam rooms, billiards room, catering kitchen, a convenice store and restaurant, to name a few.

At 40 stories, 1280 West is the tallest residential building in Midtown. The views are truly breathtaking from any floor, on any side of the building.

Plus, it's right in the heart of Midtown, Atlanta's trendiest neighborhood. New hot-spots and restaurants are opening frequently, most of which are within walking distance. You can walk to the Woodruff Arts Center, which contains the High Museum of Art, Symphony Hall, the Alliance Theatre, and the newly proposed Symphony Center amphitheater. You can walk to Atlantic Station, where there is a festival nearly every weekend, plus great restaurants, shopping, and a movie theater. You can walk to Piedmont Park, one of the most beautiful city parks I've seen. And it's right across the street from a subway station, so it's easy to get wherever else you may be going.

This location has allowed my wife and I to downsize from 2 cars to just 1 that we share. This is a major accomplishment in Atlanta, which is one of the biggest commuter cities in the USA.

The maintenance staff is outstanding, and the on-site sales/leasing office will help you sell your unit, lease your unit, buy a unit, or rent a unit. We have lived here since before this building was converted from apartments to condos, and I must say that it has undergone quite a transformation! It looks 100% better than it did before, and it looked great before!

I would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a great intown value, whether renting or buying!
