Founded in 1955, the retail chain has more than 8,000 stores in 35 states and offers health and beauty aids, milk, paper products, cleaning supplies and snacks at affordable prices. Typically located in strip malls and shopping plazas, the store offers both name brands and private labels at inexpensive prices.
