the worst. From dealing with the dispatcher to handling the crew that finally arrived at my home, this has been a pain. I was given two prices for the work they did and then charged the higher one. One of the crew tried to shake me down for a "tip." Some of my own tools from my garage and my garden hose disappeared. Clearly, Rooter Express is where these people work in between incarcerations.

Crooks. These guys are awful. They told me one thing and the insurance company another, so I'm out $2500. They are so dishonest that it's hard to put into words.

FAST SERVICE. I Needed my septic tank pumped fast, I had sewage coming up in my yard. I called rooter express and they had someone out an hour later. They were able to pump it in no time at all and the guys who came out were friendly and courteous.

Repeat Customer. I have to say that i am happy to be doing business with Rooter Express. I started using them last year and just had them out here today to replace my water heater. They do a good job everytime and and I never pay too much.

Great. I had a water leak come up all of a sudden in my living room ceiling and these guys were the only ones who could tell me right then that they could come out today. I called them about 2 hours ago and they just left and my problem is fixed... thanks

GREAT COMPANY!!!!!!!. I called this company this morning to come give me a free estimate on my water heater. They came out and gave me several options of updating my system and they actually had everything on the truck to replace my old one right then!!!! An hour and a half later they were done and gone and the heater was working great!! Very professional guys. I will use them every time.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called them yesterday to get a price on a water heater. The prices they gave me were the cheapest out of everyone I had researched. They offered to come out same day, but I scheduled an appt with them this morning and they came out promptly and had my water heater in about 1 1/2 hrs later. Friendly and informative. I will continue to use them in the future.

WILL CALL AGAIN. I had a water leak in my dining room ceiling and everyone I called said it was spring break and that it was gonna be next week. They only have room for emergencies. As far as I was concerned this is an emergency. Rooter Express was able to get me a technician later that day and fixed my problem immediately. I will not be calling those other companies again.

TRUST. I had a broken waterline and called several different companies and they gave me an outrageous price to replace the line. They said it could not be repaired. When I called Rooter Express they told me it could be repaired or replaced. It was up to me. Needless to say I used them. They told me all my options instead of just the most expensive route. I ended up replacing my waterline and for 1/2 the cost of the other companies. THANKS!
