Do not take your shoes to this place. Ruined a custom made boot. Blamed endless delays on a jailed employee. Owner Ali agreed to do the repair but the boot were never done as promised. He stopped answering the phone when I called for a status. I had to threaten him with the PTC police to get my book back. The botched repair he did ruined the boot. Do not take anything to this business.

They will ruin your shoes. I brought my favorite heels here just to have new heel tips put on them. The lady who took my shoes was rude and impatient. For some unknown reason, they decided to spray paint the silver heel on my cream colored shoes black. Seriously, spray paint. I never asked them to do that and it looks absolutely terrible. My beautiful shoes are ruined and they didn't care one bit. I also brought in a pair of my husbands leather work shoes in at the same time to have a new leather sole put on them. I was very clear that I wanted a leather sole but when I picked them up, they had put a cheap rubber sole on instead. Please if you like your shoes, don't bring them here.
