First Class Service All the Way!. We get everything done here, maintenance and grooming. They are very professional, they've educated me about my dog's needs, and I couldn't ask for more. I am very, very happy here.

Dedicated Veterinarian Staff!. The doctors at Family Pet Hospital are so caring and compassionate. I have been taking my cats there for a couple years and we have finally found a Veterinarian that suits our needs! The staff is dedicated and attentive and I appreciate that they always follow up to make sure everything is going well. They are good about explaining everything thoroughly so that there is no confusion or miscommunication. We are very happy there and we would definitely recommend Family Pet Hospital in Woodstock, GA!

Most caring vet in woodstock. A few weeks ago my dog ate some mouse poison and I took her into Dr. Skees- naturally I was in a total panic. What a wonderful experience I had- Dr. Skees was calm and reassuring- he even took the time to explain to me the math equation that showed the amount ginger had eaten wasn't a lethal dose. He explained what they would be doing and calmed my fears. While he worked on Ginger Mary Ellen stayed with me and was so kind. Everything worked out fine and I am so grateful for all the compassionate care both Ginger and I recieved from the Family Pet Hospital- they even called the next day to check up on Ginger.

Horrible new employee. I was in the clinic recently and was shocked by their new employee. Her name is Mary Ellen, and if you have any sense you will steer clear. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I could not believe her behavior, not only to me but to the rest of the staff. The receptionist has always been amazing, and I was horrified with the way Mary Ellen spoke to her. She was bossy and condescending, I was so embarrassed for this girl. I have always loved this clinic, as does my pet, but I will not go back until Mary Ellen is gone.

Best Vet in Woodstock. Dr. Skees has been taking care of my dogs for a while and he always has the latest information on new advancements in the vet field. I was tired of putting the traditional flee products on my pets and he recommended the tablet that kills fleas and it is so much better than getting flee treatment all over the place. I highly recommend Dr. Skees

I don't recommend. I had three negative experiences with this vet, including my dog being prescribed medication for the wrong symptom.
