Horrible beds, unhygienic conditions, and unethical business practices are among the few of my complaints and concerns with this business!

Two complaints:

1. I wanted to tan in a 15 minute bed and right before I got into the bed, realized that there was dried up sweat from the previous tanner all over the bed. The bed had NOT been cleaned at all! Needless to say, I only use there standup bed now in fear of them not properly sanitizing the beds. AND the ONLY reason I am using this tanning salon here is because I pre-paid with cash and well if you know Toucan Tan's reputation..Good luck getting your money back!

2. Another visit I was put into a bed with 6 lights out..I did notify the owner Tony Miller and he said he didn't realize there were that many lights out? Really? If you get a bed with "ALL" the lights working and not flickering, consider that your lucky day!

HERES A TIP.... if you want to tan in a clean environment without the risk of having your credit card charged after your membership has been cancelled then do NOT GO TO TOUCAN TAN!!!!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!. Toucan Tan is a horrible salon. They beds are run down and I don't get any color at all. They do have the cheapest prices but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. The owner is ALWAYS drinking and just very unprofessional. I advise you to go somewhere else. Palm Beach Tan is a little more expensive but well worth it and right across the street!

Happy and loyal Tanner!!. I started tanning at this Toucan Tan after the Hickory Grove franchise disaster. They were upfront and explained all the true facts to me. The gave me free tanning without even having to ask for it simply because of the trouble Stardust put me through. I have tanned at this location since and will never tan any where else. I've read all the reviews and I can assure you they all pertain to the franchises which are now all gone. The prices are the best and I love that Tony knows my name and takes time to talk to me and make me laugh every time I go in to tan!!

don't you wish your girlfriend was hot like me. Super nice staff ready to please. I went to this place for the name but stayed for the service. Tony is so nice. He always makes sure that I am 100% happy. What can be better.

Super Fantastic... Thanks for Asking!!!!. Ok, As with any business, you can find negative things to say about people or the way the store runs,etc. I will have to say, i have known Tony Miller for a long time. I have helped him out along the way with maintenance of the beds and cleaning. People that are writing negative reviews are actually the culprits of the business to begin with. Just because a computer system goes haywire and you feel like you were put out of your money temporarily, does not give anyone the right to accuse Tony of being a thief. Furthermore, i am sure once he was aware of the problem he gave you some free tannings or even some free lotion for the trouble but none of your spineless asses would mention that on here. For your information, nothing runs at 100 percent not even bulbs and they will go out from time to time. I have not seen one good reason for anyone to get on here and smear Tony's name as of yet. The problem with all of this is not bad owners but bad customers and thats what all you people are that write negative words on here about Toucan Tan or Tony Miller. You see, you cant write things about people when you have nothing to back it up with. If you plan to use your bank statement as proof, good luck because thats your biggest problem to start with.You want to bitch so you can get free sh*t all the time because your broke ass cant afford it to begin with. Say what you want but Toucan is a better place without the haters and will always be around(at least the stores Tony runs) and you can bank on that.....literally

Inaccurate review by Kuneho. Anyone who is educated knows there are two sides to every story and many of these reviews are inaccurate. For accurate information about the company please visit Toucantan. com and click on the company news page, or better yet meet the owner in person at his Acworth location and judge for yourself.

Beware!!!!!. Please check out Ripoff Report and on the search engine, type Toucan Tan.

I will not tan at any Toucan Tan because your credit card is not safe..They will slowly steal from you..
