Horrible cleaning!!!!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! We hired Merry Maids for a deep cleaning, including inside window washing. Nikki, the owner, quoted us $385 dollars, which we were hesitate to spend for a 2000 sq ft house, but after having a baby, I was very behind on my housecleaning and we wanted a fresh start. She told me that the entire house would be taken care of, including washing the fans, baseboards, etc... I tried to find reviews for this local company, but couldn't. I will never hire another cleaning service without a good review.

Two women showed up the next day and were only here for 2 1/4 hours (for $385). After they left, I noticed that MANY things were missed...all fans, kitchen appliances, 2 bathroom floors, microwave, none of the trash cans were emptied, etc...I called the owner and explained the situation. She did not sound surprised nor apologetic, but said she would send them back over the next day. I had created a list for them, to ensure that nothing was missed this time. When the women came back and I handed them the list, they had a SERIOUS attitude with me, one sighed and rolled her eyes, and argued with me about the items. I even showed them things that were missed and one had the nerve to tell me that it wasn't dirty yesterday!!!! Do you think I would make my house dirty again just so I could have you come back? I was very upset and carried our newborn to the basement. I called my husband, who called the owner and told her to have them leave our house immediately.

The owner then sent over another woman, who was very professional and completed the list. She even pointed out a few more things.

It would have been easier for me to hire a babysitter and do it all myself.
