I have just run across come terrible remarks made about Canton Jewelry, nonsense! No Way! Cannot be! ari and his staff have always treated me with respect and kindness. I have had numerous batteries replaced and many repairs made to both watches and gold...tada....PERFECT every time! I have found that if you come into a business with a friendly nice attitude, you will almost always be treated the same way. I have stopped by the store just to say HI and grab a free piece of candy and still get treated like I am buying the Hope Diamond! I am proud to refer people to Ari and Canton Jewelry.

Best Jeweler Ever!. Ali, says it best in his address change info "you walk in as a customer and walk out a friend." I would not trust anyone else with my jewelry except Canton Jewelry. I have purchased many unusual pieces from Ali and everyone is of the highest quality and fairly priced. All my repairs are fast, well priced and perfectly done. They have a great selection and if you don't see what you're looking for Ali will either make it for you or order it. I have always walked out of Canton Jewelry very happy and have recommended him to all my friends.

TO ALL MY CUSTOMERS ATTENTION PLEASE.. My name is Ali Aydin. I have been here locally in Canton since 2004. I have had a lot of clients that have came through my doors and walked out friends. I always try to make the extra effort for all my clients. I noticed there were comments left on here by supposedly upset customers. I don't know if this is a real client or competition but either way let me explain how my business works. If it's me or a sales person or assistant jeweler we will always offer the best customer service out there. Having said that we offer free jewelry cleaning and inspections on all jewelry. I would like to add a side note for everyone. If your watch stops working it could be more then the battery. I have changed many and the problem could be in the mechanics of the watch. Just like a car, if it does not start it's not always the battery. On the more expensive watches you need to have it serviced example Ebel, Tissot, Movada, Raymond Well, TAG, Rolex, Omega, Concord. This should be done every couple years. If there was ever a watch or jewelry damaged here at the store I am the first to let you know and fix what was damaged for you. Being here as your local Jeweler for over 7 years I feel that if this is the only so called complaints I feel very proud of what I have ACCOMPLISHED with everyone! Great Customer Service. We were referred to Ali back in 2004 for a watch battery replacement. Ali has always shown great Customer Service along with taking great care of his clients. Through out the years we have purchased many beautiful jewelry pieces from Ali. When I say he provides great customer service it does not stop after the sell. Free cleaning and inspections are always a complimentary service on all jewelry. It's nice to know that we have someone that is this close to home and beats the quality of chain jewelry stores and no traffic. I always refer all my family and friends to Ali at Canton Jewelry. Make sure you stop here first before you pay that high ticket item and deal with the traffic when you can speak with Ali about getting your one of a kind jewelry here for a whole lot less than others.
Best There is. No matter what the occasion or holiday, Canton Jewelry has always treated my family and myself right. What I love about this place is everything is personal. When they take the time to help you find the last minute birthday or anniversary gift. It's great. No pressure! You tell him what your looking for or explain what your special person likes and with his experience gives you the peace of mind that your gift will open the emotions you want from your special person. Terrible jewelry store. I brought my $2500 watch in for a battery replacement. I had owned the watch for roughly four years, never having any trouble at all. Two days after the owner replaced the battery, I noticed that the watch face and components were all rusted out! I took my watch off and then noticed that the back plate had been replaced upside down. I brought the watch in to the owner, who took a 10 second look at the watch, took off the back plate, dropped it on the floor, and then said, "sometimes water starts leaking into the watches with no reason." He then offered to give me a discount on repairs and was rude when I told him I'd rather send it back to the manufacturer. The manufacturer gave me an $880.00 estimate for repairs. DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT CANTON JEWELRY! I see their are similar repair reviews on CitySearch.
dissapointment. I was very dissapointed with my visit to canton jewelry a couple weeks ago. I arrived excited and ready to try on and view beautiful diamond engagement rings but all of the excitment faded away when the only salesperson on the floor responded to my "do you have a d color 1 carat diamond " She showed me a smaller one and said " if you want a one carat its going to be 9000 or more." she never offered to let me try on the ring and she started talking to another customer right then and there asking if that was HER bmw parked outside. I felt she did not give me the attention I deserved as a potential customer. It was extremely rude. Needless to say I will not return to canton jewelry again,
TERRIBLE customer service. I took my watch in to have the battery replaced. I went to pick it up the next day and the owner told me the battery he put in was bad and the watch didn't work so he had me come back the next day after he put in another battery. I went back the next day to pick up the watch. Later that day, one of the arms on the watch fell off and the the watch stopped working completely. I took it back to the jewelry store and told him what happened. I told him that the watch had worked fine before I brought it in and when I get it back, an arm falls off and the watch doesn't even keep time anymore. Then he says "we'll have to send it off somewhere to be repaired, we can't do it here." There was no "I'm sorry, we'll take care of that for you" or "I'm sorry for the inconvenience and we'll have it repaired for you." I told him it worked fine before I brought it to him and I certainly didn't break the watch while he had it and he has the nerve to reply "neither did I." To me it was simple: watch working but needs new battery, take to store to get new battery; pick up watch after battery replaced and the arm falls off and watch stops working completely = store broke watch and is responsible to repair. It was obvious he was more interested in alleviating himself of any responsibility than he was of finding a way to satisfy him customer, so I just grabbed the watch and walked out. Customer service at its worst. I recommend you choose one of the many other jewelry stores in the area for you needs.
