Poor Customer Service. Poor customer service. I m going to spend a little more somewhere else on principle. According to their rude associates and management, it s company policy that I either come in person (45 miles away) to order or fax them a copy of my drivers license and credit card for them to take orders for interior doors -- which take a week for them to put together. Their policy to protect customers puts them at greater risk. The manager confirmed that they do not do background checks on their employees. I offered to show them my ID upon pick up but they refused. When I advised that I would take my business elsewhere the manager practically laughed at me. Jerks...
