Restaurant Closed. This location was closed about 2 years ago. I think it's another restaurant (maybe Otter's?).

Avoid at all costs. Service was really SLOW, drinks never refilled. Our waitress didn't know anything about the food. Food was cold, and they have mexicans in the kitchen not Chinese. I tried to talk to manager about our food being cold, but he didn't want to help us(he was mexican too, and REALLY RUDE)
