Technician came at our house and did a good job getting problem fixed. I would recommend this company to other people. I think they do a good job. There are many companies to choose from and I think this is a good company to select.

Squirel in my Pipes but same price!!. We had just come back home from a week we spent with our daughter in the hospital. The last thing we needed on Sunday was raw sewerage flowing back in our bathroom sinks.

I called Roto-Rooter and their technician Tyler Waters was there in a few hours. He was very professional and friendly. He quoted me a price and explained he thought he should be done shortly.

To make a long story short Tyler spent 5 hours attempting to clear our issue. We discovered that while we had been gone a squirrel was stuck in one of your vent lines which also blocked a drain line.

One of the things that did impress me was the way your other technicians were all trying to help. Tyler spoke with at least 3 that I know of while he was here for technical assistance. They would even call back for updates. One even offered to come out and offer physical assistance.

It was nice to see that your employees are backed up by their company and their coworkers. Tyler finally left my house at 9:00pm. And he stuck by his quote!

I have told all my friends, family and employees of you. I will defiantly use and recommend you in the future.

Awesome. I called Roto-Rooter in Lawrenceville and same one came out same day it was super fast,reliable,honest service was able to get leak fixed right away. There prices compared to others were amazing. He came out and still did the job in pouring rain. They will be the first to call if i need anything else fixed.

Great through plumbers. We called Roto-Rooter the day after Christmas, on a Sunday and they were here in less than 3 hours. They cleared the clog and then sent a camera man to find out what the exact problem was. They were great!

Great plumber. The waste water pump in my basement was leaking and flooded the basement apartment. Called 2 plumbers before RotoRooter and they could not come out till the next day. RotoRooter came within 3 hours and stayed until 8:45 PM to get the job done. This is the third time I have used Roto Rooter. I have never been disappointed.
