June 6 I bought two tires there. July 7 I had them put new control arm/ball joint assemblies on both sides. So that's $695 in two visits. The vehicle has started to shake at 57mph. I took it back to them this morning to have them check it out. Surprise, surprise!!! They're closed. Out of Business. Their phone is disconnected. What a joke!

Pretty hard to find a more dishonest set of people than T&MCCC. Bought a 'lifetime' alignment last yeaR. Since that time, I think they have actually done the right thing ONCE - that is - actually done an alignment check and adjusted something. Once (see post from October 2011 from UraDumass) - they used the magical alignment machine to align a car with a flat tire/bent rim and the spare donut installed on the r/h side of the car.

Last time, the wife asked for the before/after results page that the alignment machine provides - and was told that if its w/in specs, it doesn't give one.

Yesterday - when she asked for an alignment, and the results page - they said they ALWAYS give this. The best part was - when they handed her the before/after results - she asked the service writer to explain what it meant - his reply - I dont know, and the alignment guy will be back from lunch in 45 minutes. When she got home, I looked - and what do you know - the before and after numbers were exactly the same - in other words - they checked it, and did nothing at all. and the best part is - the service writer was Joe Roman - who I believe is the OWNER of this place. Really Joe??? You dont know what those numbers mean at all?? Love to discuss this w you - maybe Jasmine will call again, ask how the service was, promise to call back and then never do so. In my opinion, when you take money for something, and then don't deliver, you're a thief and a liar. One star only because something is required - and even thats too much

terrible service, won't take coupons. I had a coupon for a free oil change. Bought the coupon as a fundraiser for the local high school football team. I called ahead to make sure they had time to see me, but when I showed up with a coupon they said they couldn't get to my car for another 4 hours! I didn't have four hours, and I ended up not being able to use the coupon.

When I looked in their garage, only 1 of the 7 bays had a car in there....but they couldn't get to my oil change for 4 hours (not to mention there were 3 guys in the office area checking in (err, lying to) customers.

Actually, after reading some of the reviews on here, I might not have wanted them to change my oil anyways....sounds like they have a hard time doing anything right.

Really Bad Customer Service, Lies to Customers,. First I want to say I am a Local Resident here and depend on my local Company's in Support of my Community. Last year I purchased Tire from Tires plus! Since then Tires and More have replaced them. I went in to have a tire repaired and my Tires rotated. They told me it would be 30 min for the tire and 45 min for the rotation. After 2 hours they were done. I woke up the next morning to a flat tire and it was exactly were it was in the beginning. They did not fix the tire or do the rotation. They said they had done the work it was all a lie. Did I mention my 3 month old child was with me! I went back to show them there mistake and was treated like trash off the street. This company needs to find another community to Lie to and treat with disrespect. True Statement :BEWARE LOCAL COMMUNITY

BAD BAD BAD EXPERIANCE. Bought set of 4 tires,and warranty. After 6 months one of the tires got flat, non repairable, so I went after warranty. they tried to charge me $50 for installation under warranty and on top of that they put totally different tire because they didn't carry that brand any more. I have ask them to take time and look around for same tire, but they refused, and said they can put my bad tire back on the car. If I would choose to get not matching tires i would go and get used tires for $160, not ones for 500. NEVER EVER AGAIN

Can't tell time. Loved it when it was Tires Plus. Down hill with Tires & More due in my opinion to local mgr.

Second time they made me wait an hour +. Claim to have told me 6 pm. I heard 5:30. Had I heard 6, I' d have bought the tires and passed on the brakes until another day. Regardless, I rec'd my car at 6:51 and mgt wasn't even apologetic about it when I questioned them.

Recommend Kauffman based on experience with my company car to anyone interested.
