Tips for Enchanting Yoga

I love the place!. I love the place! Four years ago, when physician recommended that I start doing yoga, I tried classes in several different places and did not find them any different than TV yoga. After the first lesson at Enchanting yoga I was hooked. At the beginning, some positions and stretches were difficult, but instructors delicately helped me with modifications. I learned proper alignment and muscle engagement. All the instructors care deeply about their students. The back pain is gone, but I am still a regular at Enchanting yoga!

The Best for all yoga levels. I started at 'Nchanting Yoga 3 years ago as a complete beginner - no yoga experience whatsoever! I have been attending, fairly regularly, 2 class per week for the last couple of years. The classes are small enough that you usually receive some personal instruction, along with a good deal of encouragement! The instructors provide options for the different poses, depending on your ability level, which allows you to gradually improve.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the instruction at Enchanting Yoga. My strength, flexibility and balance have never been better and the benefits to my overall health have been outstanding.

For Snobby Yoga Experts Only. I sent my mother here for a beginners class because it is close to her home (She lives near the Avenue in Marietta) and she wanted to get into Yoga. Little did I know that this place is the total and complete opposite of the calm and inviting atmosphere which has been the hallmark of yoga classes throughout the world for centuries. The instructor repeatedly spoke down to my mother for failing to use perfect yoga form (again, this is a beginners class) to the point of singling her out as an example of what not to do. Indeed, the instructor was so rude and insulting throughout the class that my mother went home and cried.

Needless to say, this is not the experience either of us was hoping for. The money would have been better spent on boot camp. At least there she would have expected the instructor to be so astoundingly rude. I would very stronlgy suggest staying away from this place unless you are very experienced (in which case I suggest the beginners class) and/or have an uncontrollable desire to be belittled.

Editorial Review. Cozy yoga studio in East Cobb offers small intimate yoga classes along with several wonderful therapists and healers.

Flexible classes, great instructors. I've been participating in two classes a week for the better part of a year in order to ameliorate severe lower back pain. The instructors have really helped me tremendously. There is a wide variety of class times to choose from, and there are classes even for children.

Excellent Yoga. Having enjoyed the benefits of yoga for years, I was eager to experience the new yoga studio near my home in East Cobb. What a delight! The teachers are all so sensitive to each student's individual situation. Any student can get just what he/she is seeking during the 1 1/2 hour session. The studio is always clean, with a welcoming aura. If you think that you might like to see if yoga would be a good way to improve or maintain your physical and mental health, please give "Nchanting a go. If you already exercise at a gym, but find the yoga uninspired, this dedicated yoga studio might complement your workouts to perfection.

this is where I got "hooked on yoga". After taking yoga classes in many health clubs (and never really liking it much), I decided to try "nchanting yoga. They offer an amazing 30-day, $30 trial for unlimited classes during that time. I started averaging 3 classes for the week and was hooked after a month. Even though my health club classes are free, I still go to this studio for the full experience - bringing mind, body and spirit together. The classes are small and the instuctors give each student individual attention. Most classes are an hour and a half and I feel both energized and relaxed when I leave. I highly recommend this studio to any yoga student, from beginner to advanced.

Awesome yoga experience!. I started going to 'Nchanting Yoga in the Fall of 2006 with no prior experience in yoga and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The environment is welcoming for students at all levels, novices or advanced alike. The facility is clean and well suited to yoga instruction. And the instructors are superb -- warm, kind, knowledgeable, respectful, and light-hearted. Further, and importantly, you will find your fellow students supportive and friendly. Finally, the classes are small with lots of personal attention from the instructors. I really enjoy practicing at 'Nchanting Yoga and look forward to seeing you there!
