Great locally owned shop. This place is great, as well as the Shallowford Rd location. The owners really care about quality and train the staff on how to make the drinks great. Many of the baristas do latte art, and they offer mugs when you want to hang out in the store. Theres a cup discount if you bring in your own cup too. The baristas are fun, young and interesting people who will chat with you and make sure you get the right drink for you. They have local artists show in the stores too. Overall, a great place to study or meet up with people. As far as the other posting: I've never been in there and had it been noisy or anything, and the frappes taste great. Sure, they're not the healthiest, but no one would order one thinking that. Free wi-fi is a plus too, ask for a code when you buy your drink.
Good Coffee; Terrible experience.
I go here pretty often, and they've got good coffee, but a lot of their drinks are made with highly processed mixes, so beware. It's not the most natural selection.
My main problem is the employees; they are obnoxious, almost all the time. Today, I was there studying, and 3 employees decided to hook up an amp to a mic, despite openly admitting that they didn't know how. The result was an ear-splitting shriek, amplified well throughout the store. Needless to say, I left immediately; can't study while a bunch of kids play around with sound equipment. The owners might consider training their employees on the audio equipment before the staff just starts guessing where to plug things in.
I thought their website would have a comments form, but of course, this coffee shop has the worst website ever. I really hope they didn't pay anyone for that steaming pile of bad design. The shop is much classier than the website. They didn't even list an email address to contact the store.

Editorial Review. Local neighborhood cafe caters to coffee connoiseurs or those in need of a quick caffeine fix.
