helpful staff

My friend and I went here last night. After waiting for 5 minutes to speak to someone who knew some English to give us directions, we found the place and walked in. It was very dim, but looked like it could use a nice cleaning.

We were shown a room and ordered drinks by a very helpful staff.

However, when we left, my friend gave them his card and before they ran it, they actually turned to him and said, oh, you want to put $10 tip for the service? That was really rude!
