No customer service.
Recently I had an experience at a Shell station close to me.
My friend and I walked into the Shell station on 1280 Johnson Ferry Rd.,Marietta,GA 30068 Saturday, June 4 of this year.
A girl with a white scarf covering her head was chanting or praying with green beads in her hands behind the counter.
And she was the Customer Service for the station!
She never stopped chanting and never said one word to us - just pointed to the cash register with the price on it. Opened the register and gave us the change. It was eery.
This is unacceptable!
If she has to do this, she shouldn't be working at a SERVICE station.
I wanted to let Shell Company know about this.
