Best Restaurant - Best Service

Every tavern/restaurant has people who fly in the door and expected to get treated like kings....this is a busy place, it is a sports bar, and there are allot of people eating the food, GREAT FOOD I might add. The key to a good complaint is not a gang tackle with demands, I used to hang out with a crowd like that and I left (FREE FOOD GRABBERS). Every restaurant has an issue once in a while, and with the level of food, etc at this place I cannot ever see why they would have a problem. If you want to make a spectacle and are a problem child...go somewhere else. The paying patrons really do not need it. GREAT FOOD and SERVICE with a good sports bar atmosphere.

Food is great - the service is terrible

It's unfortunate that so many restaurants have a great staff/management along with good food and are still struggling. This place always seems busy and it has to be the food because the staff is incredibly rude and impatient. The management is always ready for fight it seems. They have no class in handling situations. We asked for a manager for a very easy question and ran into an owner or maybe an owners son and he had a hot temper, a very unbalanced kid. Maybe I'll just get my food to go from now on, I just hate to give these people the business.
