Terrible Service. Wow! I have never experienced a lack of customer service like this before in my LIFE!! We have placed several delivery orders with Mr. Taco and they have not once gotten our order correct. It has been minor in the past so we have never made a big deal. Tonight could not be ignored. We placed our order at 9pm and our order arrived at 9:40 ice cold and incorrect. We called simply to complain and maybe receive a credit for a future order. The man who answered the phone insisted on sending the order out again (I declined several times but he insisted).

When the delivery man arrived (again 40 minutes later), he said to my husband "this is the last time". My husband asked him to explain and he said it's too far. They deliver within 3 miles and we are 3.4 miles away. Never once have they mentioned this in the previous times we have placed an order with them. Had they informed us of this we would have said thanks we'll call someplace else.

He was extremely rude to my husband and then proceeded to ask my husband (who is white) if anyone in the house spoke Spanish, my husband explained that I'm Mexican and speak Spanish. I heard the conversation so I came up to see what was going on. He again explained that they no longer wanted our business and that we were not to order from them again because we live too far and they do not have sense enough to inform their customers of this prior to accepting the order and the money. He had no need to tell us not to order from them as we will never order from them again!! I wonder if he would have treated a darker complected Hispanic with the same disrepect.

Traditional Mexican. Our office eats her at least twice a month. They have an excellent salsa bar, and lots of traditional drinks, including coke made with sugar. The food is cheap and VERY good, especially their soups.

The only reason I don't give it a full 5 stars is because the staff don't really speak english, so if you have a special order or questions, you may not be able to get what you want.

If you speak spanish and like Mexico then this place is for you!. The food here is good. Service is difficult due to a staff that is not fluent in english. I did not feel welcome, due to all the hispanic patrons that stare at you when you walk in. I felt like I was out of place in that restaurant. It was just like being in Mexico. If you like Mexico, then this is the place for you! I felt as if I where in Roswell, New Mexico, instead of Roswell, Georgia.
