Best fresh bread choices/good atmosphere. I go to this location at least two-three times per week. I go because I love the quick service and the bread is awesome. I always order the carmel latte iced. I don't think this item is on the menu, but once an employee suggested it to me if I liked something sweet. I've been buying them ever since. I do want everyone to know; please go ahead and use their MY PANERA card. I know a lot of stores tell you that you will get savings with their card and really all you get is their store marketing rates but with this store you will actually get free items on your card regularily. What I didn't like: Is while the staff is fast, the process when you get a cooked item could be adjusted...at the registers they are all polite and hand you your order but at the hot counter they cook your sandwich and leave it lying right on the counter, you really never talk to them. I didn't even realize that was my food and this happened more than once. What if someone else had picked it up??

great location/has Morrow Atlanta Bread Company beat... hands down!!!. I have visited this store at various times of the year, and every time I visit, there isn't much that needs improvement. In fact, my family was wondering if you will be opening more stores in Florida and we are getting gift cards this year from Panera, since this location has served us so well. Keep up the good work!! This store always stays clean even during heavier volume even due to location and time of year. The restrooms aren't ever that dirty, and the bus tub does not back up, and the drink stations are free of debris.

What I liked: THE NESTEA RASPBERRY TEA

What I didn't like: your SWEET TEA is not 'SWEET', so don't advertise it as such. If there is a ration on sugar, then remove the SWEET TEA URN. Do not falsely advertise to save money because it gives guests the appearance that you are too lazy to sweeten it.

I pray this store finds the extra help it needs, as there is a hiring sign in the window.
